Tax - the whole reason I joined the board was because of the spoilers.

It's not that hot here either Sunny

I am near Prince George, 500 miles north of Vancouver BC. Two days ago it hailed so hard we had about 4 inches covering the ground. Since then it has been thundering, pouring rain so hard some times. Today is wet and cloudy, but I haven't ventured forth yet to see how cold it is. I guess one shouldn't say cold, as it is just cool compared to winter, but it is so wet, it feels cold.
So hot coffee and Baileys it is 4 me.

Wow, you really do have trouble sleeping, it's like 7:30 in BC

My husband gets up at 3:30 a.m. 2 go 2 work. I have had insomnia for about a dozen years, he cut the end of my little toe off last nite, woe is me.

Winters here are cold and snowy. We have a joke~~~in PG we have 10 months good sledding, and 2 months of poor.
We do get summer about once a year. Last year I was doing the ironing and I missed it.
This year ~ all perma press~~~ and I am keeping a watch out.
So today is a Baileys day.

You wouldn't probably live in Québec either during winter. We can go 50 below zero with the wind...

Hey Tax, can you relate?

You know you're from Pennsylvania if....

You only own three spices: salt, pepper, ketchup.

You design your Halloweeen costume to fit over a snowsuit.

You have more miles on your snowblower than your car.

You have 10 favorite recipes for venison.

You have an uncontrollable urge to buy bread and milk when you hear the word "snow".

Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled with snow.

You think sexy lingerie is tube socks and a flannel nightie.

You owe more money on your snowmobile or John Deere than your car.

The first day of "Buck Season" and "Doe Season" is a school holiday.

Your snowblower gets stuck on your roof.

The local paper covers Nation and International headlines on 1/4 page but requires six pages for sports.

School closings due to snow take the radio stations a half an hour to finish, because just about every town has its own school district.

When someone says 1972, your think "Agnes", and when someone says 1979, you think "TMI".

You call sloppy joes "barbecue".

When it snows, they put cinders on the roads instead of sand.

You think the start of deer hunting is a National Holiday.

Your pronounce "Suite" as SUIT, not SWEET, As in Living Room Suite.

You know which leaves make good toilet paper.

You only buy your beer and soda by the case.

You think the roads in any other state are smooth.

You find -20F "a little" chilly.

You ask the waitress for "dippy eggs" for breakfast.

The trunk of your car doubles as a deep freezer.

Youo know the four seasons: Almost Winter, Winter, Still Winter, and Construction.

There are still places you can still stop along the road to buy fruits, vegetables, or crafts on the "honor system".

The municipality buys a Zamboni before a school bus.

You never see any Confederate Flags, except on the Gettysburg Battlefield.

You prefer Hershey's Chocolate to Godiva.

You consider Pittsburgh to be "out west", and you know the fastest way to Philly is the Turnpike.

You can give directions to Intercourse with a straight face.

LOL - yeah we sure do. So many conversations revolove around weather here. I just moved to NS in the last year and it isn't too bad. The winters weren't as cold as I thought they might be and the summers and fall are unbelievable. But holy crap and rained almost every day in the spring. So depressing. Last year it snowed in the spring though, so I'll take the rain thank you very much.

Real quick B4 Y&R~~~my husband decided to give me a foot rub~~which led to his decision to clip my toenails, but since the clippers weren't in plain sight, and the scissors were, he used them~~~minus his glasses, and one scream later I was missing the end of my little toe.
Don'e worry though~~~ I already got a lot of milage out of that misshap~~~and more is on the way tonite when he returns. LOL
Baileys and Y&R ~~~watch for spoilers.
