We've seen Sharon throw a few verbal punches in her day, like we saw today, and the girl can give it!  Love that Sharon! Notice, she's always provoked first (alas, always by the same maniac  ) first; she never, ever instigates because she has way too much class, dignity and decorum. Go Sharon - you truly are the shining light in that town! So long as Jack's "schemes" are sound...good business decsions, and not done in a tasteless manner, I say go for it. I actually read the article on Sabrina, and while there was a lot of conjecture it was all sourced. I thought it was well done. And the article did not kill Sabrina. But I am still and Nick and Sharon fan and am..... Keeping the Faith for Shick.

I'm with ya Lila. When I say schemes, I mean underhanded tricks that only are about tearing people down with no basis. The article about Sabby was hurtful, and the one Jack wanted to do on Nikki and Chow would have been simply because of all the trauma Chow caused. The fact that both are based on facts is why Jack has no problem with it. But Sharon, I do expect her to see the human toll of these types of articles and be a lot more conflicted about it, especially since so far they directly affect people who used to be her family and are still the grandparents of her son (Victor and Nikki)! Her sudden ability to just overlook that and go along with Jack's "sell magazines no matter what" mentality under the guise of "supporting her husband" just doesn't ring true for me. They're changing her character in some not-so-good ways. |

IMO Sharon does caution Jack, she does see the impact, she does point it out, she warns him, but she also sees his side. IMO as well, Jack does listen to her, and he is correct, someone will do an article on Chow, they could do it with sensitivity. Yes, even Jack could, by listening to Sharon's cooler head. She can support Jack and still keep her values, and in this way create a better Jack.
