Now that William has apperantly had a stoke, brought on by the discovery that his new bride is guilty of tainting the face cream at Jabot. what do you think gloria's reaction will be? will she play the devoted wife, nursing William back to health? Or do you think she is already seeing dollar signs as she stands to inherit millions in the event of his untimely demise?

Backing up gloria, arguments dont cause strokes. medical issues do

As much as I like Gloria, I never had the feeling that she married William for any other reason than status and hoping to cover up the face cream fiasco.

Hard to call this one.

Yes but stressful situations can also lead to a stroke. It is rare that a one time event could cause a stroke but it's possible. William has been "working" this case for what, three or four months now? He's probably under a lot of stress from that especially since Gloria is involved. He really thought he would be bringing her closure but here he finds out that the woman he thinks he loves is responsible for the cream. Now he's thinking back to when all that mess happened...that woman's death...Evan telling him that Gloria manipulated a marriage out of him. That would be enough for me to pop a vessel or two.

Gloria's punishment will be that Will doesn't have any money and now she's "stuck" taking care of her invalid husband. Now I believe that she truly loved John and would have taken care of him but she doesn't feel the same way about William. This marriage was about the money she thinks he has and the status that would come with being the wife of the DA. I really don't know how much weight that carries in the real world. I don't even know who our DA is much less their spouse.

Unfortunately stress can cause a stroke but how many times is Gloria going to be able to rise like a rose and get saved. Even for a soap she is getting away with too much. Now William's mouth is presumably closed and if he does the secret goes with him???? maybe not, remember there is the guy who performed the DNA test who could figure it out and blackmail Gloria after she inherits her millions. I am sure it will be interesting. Have a great day

With Gloria its always "poor me" I'm sorry but time to own up to your mistakes and stop blaming others.

Will better pull throught because this women does not know the meaning of love and if she did she has a screwed up way of showing it.

If one more person blackmails her I'll scream...lol! I am seriously thinking that William doesn't have any millions. He was the sole heir if I remember correctly but he seems like the kind of man who would have given it away to charity. He didn't even think to mention a prenup did he? I think that's a pretty good indication that he didn't try to protect his assets from Gloria because he has none to protect. Boy won't she be shocked to find out that her prince is actually a pauper!

That would just be the icing on the cake to all of this...that Gloria gets outsmarted and ends up with nothing!!!

Maybe he's broke and he can't "perform" and it's too risky for any "enhancements" then she'd really be up a creek w/o a paddle. Where's Eviepoo when you need him.

Yeah... it's a tough call. Part of me says she'll nurse him back to health, apologizing all the way and looking after him, but part of me thinks she won't be able to look after him with all those dollar signs in her eyes!
