Wasn't there some mention made when Victor Jr. was just a toddler that he had also inherited Hope's gene for blindness. What happened there?

Nothing that I know of but I think that at the time of Hope's pregnancy Victor wanted her to have an abortion because of that issue.

Yeah, I remember that now, which is kind of ironic since Victor had such a fit when Ashley had her abortion when she was preggers with her first child with him.

Guess Victor didn't want to chance a child with potential disabilities. What a guy he is!

Victor did not want Hope to have the baby because there was chances that the baby would inherit her blindness...that's what he is all about....a blind son would have been a downfall for the "Great Man".

What a shame...but that is Victor the King of the Ponderosa.
