has put Michael between a rock and a hard place when it comes to the situation between Katherine and Victor and Jack owning Jabot.... I wonder how he is going to handle this?

Michael should have turned down Katherine telling her it was a conflict with another client. If he remembered his "attorney ethics code" he would not be in this mess. But then this is Michael and this is soap land.
