When did Phyllis risk going to prison for Jack? Federal prision? You can't be talking about the blackmail because blackmail is NOT a federal crime. Clear Springs may have been Jack's idea, but Nick and Phyllis were going to run it TOGETHER. Nick told his mom that Clear Springs was an opportunity to work with his wife, get respect from his father and secure a future for his kids. She did NOT blackmail Brad for Jack, she did that for Nick. Nick and Victor both said it and so did Phyllis. I know Phyllis feels sorry for Jack and is grateful to him for saving her baby's life, but she was not about to go jail for him.

Phyllis risked going to Federal Prison for Jack...
But she has a crooked lawyer... Michael..

I LOVE Michael. Christian Leblanc plays the character extremely well. He's awesome to watch.

Yes I love Michael, Kevin, and Gloria... they add comedy to the show...

Corporate Blackmail is a Federal crime when it involves board votes...

He could still be in trouble. He violated a court document, he basically stole NVP from a mentally challanged man and underhandedly "stole" Jabot from Katherine - His fathers oldest friend. He deserves a medal (NOT)!!!!!!!!

If I was Jack, I would simply forget about the Senate's race and concentrate on keeping Jabot. Jabot should be his number one priority.

He can still do both, but if push came to shove, Jabot is his company.

He does always seem to have an ace up his sleeve doesn't he?

I believe Victor will be the Victor between he and Jack!!! Jack is not even in the same league as Victor when it comes to "Payback" and Jack will soon find that out!!
