When an unspeakable grief such as this happens, sometimes it's difficult to share it with those who are the closest to you..if you've suffered something like this you know what I'm talking about! As far as Nick is concerned, many posters have stated that he is totally boring...he was much stronger before his sex induced stupor, IMO! He seemed to have a great moral compass which is, at present, non-existent, as evidenced by the fact that he didn't bat an eye at all of the damage that his wife's blackmailing caused. You said it BEAUTIFULLY!!!! |

I am simply pointing out that the first four times they comitted adultery had nothing to do with the death of a child - it had to do with the loveless marriage they were trapped in and the fact that they were totally bored with each other. I think that to blame the end of their marriage on Cassie's death is unrealistic - this marriage was over long before Cassie died. The trust in this marriage died long before Cassie. |

I think Nick and Sharon have more chemistry and even though she may not be as "exciting" as Phyllis, he loves her because she is a wonderful, caring mother and not to mention drop dead gorgeous. Just my opinion. Please writers, LET THEM FALL BACK IN LOVE...and make Nick have to CHASE her!!! |

It isn't that Nick or Sharon didn't love each other, its just Nick loves to have sex. He has since day one and when the right thing comes along he doesn't let it pass him up even if it comes on the heels of a tragedy. |
