Does Michael still love Phyliss?

I find it interesting how often Michael is there to console Phyliss, and how 'touchy' he is with her. I know he genuinely cares for her as a friend, and I know he loves Lauren but...I often wonder. Recently when Phyliss was at Michaels, (I think after the drama of her wedding), Nick came in and joined the group and Phyllis immediately went to Nick and they began kissing. It was very interesting the look of disgust that came across Michaels face which he quickly brushed off when he looked over at Lauren. What are your guys' takes on this? |

I don't think Michael likes Phyllis as anything else but a friend. I truly believes Michael is in love with Lauren... |

This is a case of platonic love - to which, by the way, Lauren seems totally acquiescent. And why not? She feels completely secure with Michael's love for her. |

I don't see it as being any different than that which transpires between Colleen and Adrian - which, incidentally, leaves me cold....but to each his own. I don't mind yawning through the scenes which seem to affect others differently. |

In a way I would love to see Phyllis and Michael together but can't think of a catchy acronym: Pichael? Millis? UGH! |

Micheal and Phyliss are friends, Lauren is also a friend to Phyliss. I am happy to see that they were able to regain their friendship after everything that happened with the whole Shelia affair. I don't think there is anything more than friendship involved. |
