First Billy has the unmitigated gaul to tell, no demand that Mackinzie is NOT going to act as a sarrogate for Lily and Cane. I would think that would be her desicion. I might feel a little diffrently if they were married, but at this point I don't see where Billy has the right to be making any demands.

Then he has the nerve to tell Chloe he is not happy with his daughter being so comfortable around another man. WEll that's just to bad! Chloe has just as much right to get on with her life as he does and I am glad she told him that. You would think he would be happy Chloe is interested in a decent guy like Chance that will treat Delia well. HE had his chance there and he didn't want it so now he has no right to sit back and tell Chloe he doesn't want her getting involved with Chance.

I personally think Billy is a spoiled little brat that needs to be taken down a peg or two.

MD yes he is and yes he does. But he is so typical of a lot of the men on this soap. They think they rule the women and sadly these writers go along with it.I wish they would let the women have some back bone and come out on top for a change. The women are always punished for the men's bad behavior.I say bravo for Mac and Chloe. You go girls.

Mdtuttle and Debrajo, RIGHT ON! Billy is such an as* for having his little Napoleonic visions of grandeur. Yikes. Gimme a break. It is sheer egotism for him to tell Mac "NO" to the surrogacy and to basically inform Chloe that she cannot move on with her life because he doesn't want HIS daughter to be raised by another man. Grow up, Billy.

BILLY "is" ole smilin JACK 25 years ago and to a greater extent he is learning at the feet of the PUPPET MASTER. He is like most men on this soap because the male writers are living out their "own" fantasies in these scenarios. The men usually have TWO women fighting over them and going to great lengths to be with them. Even though the majority of soap fans are still women(willing to acknowledge that the number of male fans IS growing steadily, though!)we rarely see TWO MEN fighting over one woman & going to great lengths to get her. Why "is" that I wonder?
BILLY thinks only of himself and what he wants, which is what many characters also do on this soap.
Where does BILLY get his nerve? The same place that ASHLEY, JACK, VICTORIA, and NICK do. They were "born" with it, or should I say "into" it. JMO!

Yeah Billy does have some nerve but I sure do like the way he uses it. lol I love watching him. He is just himself and doesn't care who likes it or not. Did I say he's about my favorite character on the show?? I would be really upset if they took him off. He's bad to the bone but loveable at the same time.

I have to say when Chloe first came on the show I did not like her at all. But I think her character has grown and I would like to see her be happy with Chance, As for Mac I hope she does give Cane and Lily the baby the so despratly want. Billy deserves to be left alone and reflecting how he got that way.

What is getting to me is his judgmental attitude toward Cane. He is so angry, saying he had to watch Cane drool over Chloe(which is laughable Cane gave her special attention only because she was carrying delia). But Billy didn't have to watch anything. All it took was for the totally self centered spoiled child to step up and say that baby was his. For 6 months he kept his mouth shut. Was more than happy to romance Lily and allow Cane to raise his child. And he has the nerve to be indignant about Cane lying. And I am not happy in the least how these writers are again trying to rewrite history. It is like Chloe and Billy were the victims and Cane tried to steal there baby and they were party to non of the wrong doing. Why do I watch this show?
One reason(Cane and Lily)

I agree. Billy is skating on thin ice with Jack, Ashley, the Newman's, Cane, and Chloe. He'd better watch his bratty comments to Mac or he won't have a person in the world on his side.

Billy is in serious need of a reality check and I thnkl he is on the verge of getting one from Kathrine.
