Because of her age(I had a son in my forties) they are ever so vigilant and would never even allow a mentally ill mother to just walk out without serious councelling!! Oh hell yeas , let us give pyscho Mom her wee baby girl, who is underweight and a preemie mind, dance her way home..Lalalalal so stupid and allot of us are pig sick of this mush . They also would NEVER cremate a child without the mother and Father seeing her..NEVER it is against the law..at least in Canada. Here the babyfootprints are taken, a picture of Farewell is taken and the baby is with the parents for as long as needed within reson. That would have made for such a wonderful scene but of course Adam , Lord of the Universe couldn't still a second baby who had defects..fresh out I guess.

Women who have babies do not have any physical after-the-birth effects. In GC, women walk right out of the hospital as if no physical labor happened and the newborn does not necessarily have to be their real offspring. Likewise, psychiatric patients leave the facility cured for life with no obvious therapy. So say we, the writers and TPTB. Signed and sealed in the year of our Lord 2009 and all years thereafter. And then the baby came early (pre-mature)...remember Summer...came one month early....and they made it seem like she would not survive....so what happened here with Faith...boy these writers and you are silly. YES THEY ARE SILLY. No woman has labor pains with a DEAD BABY. There are no labor pains, just something is WRONG pains; something is WRONG fevers, something is WRONG stinky discharge; because she only has a uterus full of a dead mass, dead placenta, dead baby, dead sour water surrounding the baby, a non-working embilica cord because the baby isn't demanding food because IT IS DEAD! Stuff that your body would repeatedly try to spit out--or alert you too. And EVERY WOMAN KNOWS WHEN HER BABY IS NOT KICKING! I fast forward every time I see her talking to the murderer Adam; I fast forward everytime I see Ashley, because it makes me want to vomit. This is the worst storyline I ever saw in all my soap opera lifetime, and that is a lot coming from me because I am an optimistic viewer- and I've watched for over 17 years--! To add insult to injury, why didn't they let intelligent Olivia check her out? She was supposed to be her friend, yet this supposed to be "uncrazy" girl dissed her. Plus, if she is sane again--why doesn't she remember stupid Adam in that wig making her fall down the stairs? She remembered Nikki quite well... Sick, nauseating sick. Not fun to hate, not fun to watch--just sick. |

Even before the no check up before she left the hospital, can someone please tell me how a woman can have a child with no after birth?? Hysterical or not there are some things that just happen when a baby comes!! I too am sick of this stupid storyline and now she has the nerve to be cocky and ugly!! How dare she??? She's not even smart enough to know when she isn't pregnant! |

Not only that but since she was walking around with a dead fetus for months, she would have gotten an infection and probably died long before the baby was to have ever supposed to be delivered. You can't just walk around with a dead fetus inside you for months, because mother and child are connected by the umbilical cord and if the baby was dead then...well I am not going to get into gross details, but everyone gets the point. I don't mind suspending my disbelief for a soap, but this story has been so idiotic on all levels, that I can't do it here. It doesn't make any sense what the writers have done here! I lost a baby many years ago and I did expel the fetus after it died but continued to bleed for several weeks until I had to go to the OR for a good cleaning out. Let me explain something....at the time I didn't know I was preg. and that I lost it I went to get checked because of the bad bleeding. Sooo this is one reason why I stopped watching this stupid story. This sl along with the crazy people hurting little kids and killing dogs and switching babies and all the other wacked stuff. ENOUGH already !!! Ashlee had a kid ....she knows what to expect...this is all nonsense...period...just total nonsense. |

Let's face it folks, the writers are idiots and think we are too. Sure soaps are a work of fiction but they aren't supposed to be SCIENCE fiction. |

You must be a relative of the writers. The fact that she was not checked by a doctor after all her complications is in fact very important to the story line. They sure did not leave out every check up she had with Mr. Freak Doc friend of Adams. I know he saw her in the shrink ward when it all went down, but when admitted to the hospital she would have been checked regaurdless hospital policy rules, that being said we would be watching Sharon with her baby by now and this whole retarted story would be done with. Plus, the fact that even if she was having a false pregnancy, the weight gain would be fat and water. If she had the baby for real she would not have gone right back to her skinny self the same day she delivered. They srory is just plan stupid and the writer need to go back to PASSIONS where evidently they came from. |

Im pretty sure that after the fetus died ( when she was not really showing but maybe 3 months or so ) that as long as the dead baby was in her, there would have been serious health problems. PLUS the crazy doctor said she lost teh baby, he never said if she passed it or left it?? Still the dumbest story ever on Y&R. Koodos to the new writers they hired form the ending of PASSIONS on channel 5. next thing you knwo we will have witches, devils on the show |

I have had 3 kids and the nurse ALWAYS comes in to your hospital room to press on your abdomen so you don't get clots and to check if your uterus is shrinking back down. And to check your pad to see how much you are bleeding. To take your temperature to make sure you aren't coming down with an infection. And what about nursing? Ashley would have no milk or ability to breast feed since she miscarried. You would think she would notice even if she wasn't nursing the baby. Your milk will come in and your breasts will swell all up regardless! The whole thing was ridiculous and unrealistic. |

It is very easy for a doctor or nurse to tell when a woman has recently given birth. |

It is so nice to see people finally brining this carp up. I posted it when it all happened. The fact that Sharons afterbirth was not saved to possibly identify the reason for death is crazy, it would be both parents written consent for cremation, regardless of deformities or not, it is against the law to just cremate someone baby. The whole story is full of BS. Y&R has never gone this low, that is why its shocking. Again, I stopped watching the show after the retarted story lines of the past 6 months. Im on message boards so I can find out when the writers have got it in their stupid skulls that they need to bring Faith back to Sharon, than I will watch again. |
