I think Mac just needs to be alone. She has brought Billy down and I'd hate to see her do that to another chacter.

As much as I am not a Lane fan I would hope the writers wouldn't make Cane develop feelings for the woman acting as surrogate for his wife and his child, especially when said wife is battling cancer. I wouldn't put it past them but that would make even non-Laners like me upset.

Really I'd just like her to be the surrogate and then hop on the next plane to Darfur. Her and Billy will have had their closure and Lily would have her baby. Her usefulness would be over and everyone can move on with their lives.

We might not have to worry about who will be Mac's boyfriend. With her carrying Lane's child i can see Billy hovering even closer since he hates Cane so much. They are definitely going to use Billy and Cane's rivalry during this pregnancy. And they can't do that if Billy and Mac are broken up. Also Billy probably won't be going anywhere since it seems Chloe is developing feelings for Chance.

~) Annyhall I completely agree with you. Nothing personally against Mac, but you are right she has "zero chemistry" when it comes to being in a romantic relationship. Y&R has polished her look a little. She was "too frumpy" to me to be involved with Billy. I think she's a good person at her core. I guess since she's improved in her acting she is deemed worthy to get a "juicy storyline". Who knows we will see.

Is Chloe ever going to use her real name again?

Isn't her name Kate? Didn't she change her name because she was ashamed of her mother being a maid etc.?

I love seeing Chloe and Chance's mom go at it. It is so entertaining! They are so much alike it's comical!

I think Mac just needs to loosen up and get the stick out of her spine. I think Amber might just be the one to get Mac to go a little crazy once in awhile.

lvsdasnow (I do too!) I have also been thinking that we should look again at Chance and Mac. They did seem to have some very good conversations and laughs a few times. However, vixen Chloe has (unfortunately) gotten under his skin so I'm not sure he would be happy with dull Mac....

I don't think Mac should have a boyfriend or love interest at all. She hasn't really clicked with anyone. At one point I saw a little glimmer with JT. I think Mac gives off more of a friend vibe with others.

Mac should be put together with Devon. They are two boring characters, but together, they could probably create some good drama. Get those two snoozers together and liven them up. Maybe Devon and Mac could hit it off sometime, then they start liking eachother...then they have end up going out, which sends Roxanne over the edge. They should make Roxanne a nutcase who will kidnap Mac and do something crazy. Roxanne is a snoozer, so make her a nutcase who will torture Mac because she stole Devon. hahaha
I think that would be fun to watch. Nobody would expect Roxanne to be psycho like Patty!
