I was kind of hoping that they would have finally kept Jack out the mix but Nick is gonna need all the help he can get when it comes to dealing with Adam and who better to team up with other than Jack to help keep this creature away from Sharon. "Hope it works" the mere thought of Adam and Sharon hooking up makes me sick. |

Yes I really don't see Phyllis wanting to deal with this. She is just so over it. But we never know....  So not feeling Adam getting closer to Sharon. |

Nick has never been threatened by Jack. He knew in his heart Jack was no competition. However as MM said Sharon is Nick's achilles heel, the love of Nick's life as further affirmed by Nick and of course TGVN. Adam may have some mal intent now, but he's gonna fall hard for Sharon. Nick is insecure w/Adam, it's evidence in the way he acts. Adam is handsome, smart, well educated and better at business. Both Newman kids know it but won't say it out loud. I think even Victor is aware of this, and perhaps why he won't fully hand the reigns over to Adam. He sees himself in his son and knows that if he (TGVN) is not careful Adam could outsmart him right out of a job and company. |

Jack on the other hand is most likely really trying to 'protect' Sharon out of just friendly concern. I have to disagree. Victor would never think that Adam could do that. Victor feels he is smarter than Adam, especially now that he knows to watch him and not trust him fully. |

I just wanted to make sure you didn't think I was just bashing to be bashing (although I do tend to bash every now and then  )People should be able to like who they want to like and dislike who they want to like as long as we can respect one another's feelings and just debate without attacking eachother personally. It's easy to get all riled up and go full throttle on someone but why go there? I love to debate and view everyone's opinion. I may or may not agree but I appreciate the input as so many of us do Hi again, Demus. Just came back on and saw this post. I agree with you, on this whole post. I remember when I first came on, reading your threads, you are one of the first people I remember. I too am very anxious to see how all this all plays out. I know that people don't like Adam - - it is almost impossible to like him b/c of the baby switching. I think he might have been "redeemed" if he had not been involved in the baby switch. I don't think Jack should get involved either, but then again, Jackie seems to get involved with everything. That kiss he planted on the "doc" today, was another example of him not thinking first, so, I am very anxious to see what type of involvement he will be in with Nick, Sharon and Adam. |

Ranch were completely opposite he was so cold with Adam at his beside then at the Ranch it was totally different (Funny as hell when he said I want you to behave) like he was talking to his Pet, Victor is setting Adam Azz up Big Time, I THINK. |

Oh but Adam has out smarted him already. In his own house, he owned TGVN and Ashley. I think Victor knows he has a crafty son, he just doesnt know to what extent. This is what set this whole thing in motion. TGVN didn't like that his son took over NE, managing to unseat Neil (Mr. Right hand) and serving it up to the two Newman kiddies. Victor never under estimates Adam, what he does is put too much stock in Nick and Victoria to handle him, which neither can. |

actually, i don't think phyllis belongs in this discussion, just my opinion, i can absolutely understand how nick and jack could come together to protect sharon, both of these men have loved her deeply, even if nick and jack have moved on, adam is toxic and i can see them trying to protect her with a vengence, i just don't see phyllis as part of this equation |

That might be so, but he caught him at his weakest point Victor had just lost a wife and child then gain another set and was hell bent on the same thing not occuring again with Ash. We still don't know if Victor did not hear what Adam said when he was professing (You bet not die after all the I have did to make you pay confession) Old Daddy Vic got some Shish for Farm Boy, My Money on the Mr.Moneybags. |
