Has anyone stopped watching the show? Has there been any petitions to stop the madness of these storylines?
I have. The second they switched Faith, was the second I stopped. after 15 years of watching.
I will not return till Faith is back where she belongs. Sharon is the least evil of all the women on GC and she gets dumped on the most by the writers.

I have stopped watching the day the babies were switched. I follow Sharon's adventures on Youtube, that's about it.

This madness is making me sick. And now there is news that there will be an Adam/Sharon pairing. It's sick!

No offense, but honestly, silly reason to stop watching. The show is really really good right now. My guess is that if you are still posting, you are feeling like you are missing out on something. Stand your ground but don't expect others to follow through with their threats.

I have been watching since 1973.. since the very first show. I am so frustrated with the story line on baby Faith... that was just stupid! I realize that soaps bring people back from the dead.. but my gosh.. this was really STUPID. I have not watched it since then. The second I saw where it was going... I was done. That was just way to out there... What happened to Adam being blind??? He sure gets around good for a blind man.. come on.. delivers a baby??? gets a urn from a funeral home??? Come on...

I am just curious to see if anyone has followed through with their threats as I have.
I am lurking online hoping that these terrible storylines will end soon. I am not missing anything. I am hoping for a return to my beloved Y&R and not this garbage. Hearing that Adam & Sharon are going to hook up makes me sick. I don't even want to read about it, let alone witness it.

i haven't miss a thing and don't plan on it its all good to me and im am enjoying all of the storyline which include the
baby switch storyline i cant wait for all to be play out and how its going to be play out im am enjoying all of it and its getting good now,

I also have been watching since the show started and I don't plan on not watching it at the moment, I am interested to see a new player come to town (Tucker!) and it can't be soon enough for me!

Not liking some of the story lines but I just fast forward and get to what I want!

I'll watch again if they end the Adam/crazy Ashley/crazy Sharon/Faith s/l and get rid of Adam. Personally, I think everyone should do what they need to do. If you need to watch, watch. If you need to stay away from Y & R, there are other things you can do with your time. Time will tell. If there are vintage Y & R shows during the holiday, I'd like to tape them.
