According to Friday's show, Jack and Dr. Emily Peterson kiss. ICK! I for one do not want to see them two as a couple. That is just too weird and too gross after the whole MaryJane/Patty storyline. Most of the scenes with Jack and Dr. P have Jack looking at Dr. P like he wants to ravage her body. This is WRONG WRONG WRONG. Stop the insanity of this storyline. I hope that Dr. P slaps the playboy out of Jack for kissing her, but I have a feeling that the way TPTB have been writing their bantering that something might become of this relationship. Now wouldn't that just be the end of all ends for Pattycakes who sits in a padded cell waiting on Jack to come home for dinner.

Hate to be the one to tell you but yes, they do kiss and no, she doesn't slap him. This ties in with an earlier thread about the possibility of Patti switching places with Dr. P after killing her. Jack is obviously VERY attracted to this lady!

It's just so weird, because when he thought Patty was MJ, he did sleep with her and had a good time, but it wasn't like he desperately wanted her, you know? So if he barely wanted her before, why does he want her now even more when she looks just like the woman who just went psycho on you and caused all that pain?!

I totally think it's just being set up for Patty to see them together!

Now who can honestly say that they are surprised?!? This is Jack Abbott! The biggest playboy in town! I have been watching old smiling Jack since the first day he knew that she didn't think much of him. He has been trying to con her into believing him since the first day. Jack can't stand for anyone to think that he is the jerk that he is, so he almost always goes into the con artist, playboy mode! It is vintage Jack Abbott! Con her, throw your influence around, let her know you are a big shot with some stroke, and she is just puddy in his jerk off hands! This is so predicatable Jack, the idiot boy, Abbott! It drives him crazy when the old charm just doesn't work. He can't stand a woman that good looking and that smart thinking that he is the jerk that he is. He will not only bag her but he won't stop until he has conned her into believing that he is really sorry for hurting poor Pattie! The lying, cheating, sack of dirt bag has been like this his whole sorry, sick, adult life. You would think that he has learned, but I swear, sometimes I just think the boy is just brain dead!

I'm not shocked at all....AND I don't agree with it.

Sad news Country! I would have LOVED to see Jackie get smacked around. I soooo soooo hope that they do NOT do any switching around of Patty and Dr. P. This is a TIRED storyline.

Noony--I couldn't agree more. Why would he want this woman that represents something so horrible in his life. (Regarding Colleen's death) I don't care if she is not Pattycakes, I don't want this storyline at all. And you are right, why would he be going out of his way to get with this woman when he didn't have much feelings for her the first time around??

Gencor--You are right. Jack is being Jack thinking that his charm would work on anyone. I am hoping that his charm goes NOWHERE with Dr. P!

I like the actress who plays Patty and I would love for them to heal Patty and bring her back as a strong woman on the scene.

And folks think that Billy is sleazy? He's got nothing on his big bro!

Right now due to his age, Billy is Jack- Lite. He's a smart boy though and a quick learner.

Country and Gencor-- You guys are spot on. It is not a far stretch of the imagination that Billy and Jack are bros. They look and act very much the same. But your right, Billy is a mini-Jack, mild thus far mind you, but a mini-Jack nonetheless. He has had Jack for for a teacher so what else can we expect?

I am still rooting for NO ROMANTIC storyline between Jack and Dr. P. Dr. Ps image is kind of tainted because of the Patty storyline. Look at the way she was treated in todays episode by Billy and Chance. If anyone were to have romance with this person how can they ever get past the Patty persona? AND lets hope that no Patty/Dr.P switcheroo happens. That would be a sad rerun of whats already been done.
I am hoping that Dr. P is a VERY short-term player and moves through the canvas rather quickly. (Dr. Ps character, not the character of Patty, whom I hope TPTB keep around and heal)
