I wish I could agree with you, but I can't. I've never liked the Billy and Mac pairing - right from the get-go. The problem, I feel, is the Mackenzie character itself. No matter who has portrayed her, she has always been a real drag! Always holier-than-thou and holding everyone accountable for their actions. Who in the real world could act like that and have any sort of social life, let alone all the guys who meet her falling in love with her? I'm all for opposites attracting - but this just doesn't do it for me.

Mac has always been self-righteous and judgemental. She acts more like Billy's mother than a girlfriend. I understand their need for closure but this time around just isn't working.

Mac + Billy = 1 GINORMOUS, GARGANTUAN, NON STOP....SNOOZEFEST!!!

I do think Mac is good for Billy. Billy is a hot head and just goes off without thinking. He needs a mature level headed woman to cool him down. Mac fills the bill. I remember the first Mac and Billy. She changed Billy from the self centered spoiled rich kid to a guy that was loving and caring. He does not need a person who is as destructive as he is, namely(Chloe). Billy needs someone to ground him. Even though Mac and Billy have little chemistry there is a spark there. When ever I watch them together you can see it if you watch close. She just needs to loosen up when it comes to Billy. She really needs have a bit of the carefree and fun loving attitude Billy has. Both these people are opposites and are good for one another they just need to take a little of the others personality and incorporate into their own.

One word: BORING! okay wait . . .maybe two more: NO CHEMISTRY!

Like Amber said he's only like that with you and Mac can't be with him 24/7. No on the Billy and Chloe, and no on the Mac and Billy. Billy needs to lose everything so he can grow up, then maybe he and Mac would work. Right now Mac is like an enabler for Billy's bad behavior and actionsand drinking too. She gets upset with him but says it's okay and that he's doing great. That is what an enabler does. He will never change as long as she continues to treat him this way.

MAC ACT LIKE A OLD GRANNY. I THINK CHLOE WOULD BE PERFECT. PUT MAC & ADAM TOGETHER.. HA HA PERFECT..

My man Billy doesn't need Mac. Mac is boring while Billy on the other had is a riot. He is a fun type person!The only time I ever saw Mac loosen up was when she was in her bdroom memorizing old times and she was listening to her and Billy karokee other than that one time she has been dullsville. She knew what she was getting herself into when she went back with Billy, Why change him now? Chloe on the other had loves him for him..and thats how it should be. Naah! No Mac for Billy.

I like them together I like mac I think there is something about her if you look more closely like anny' said, she has substance; I like characters that arent just fluff, you can get that anywhere a dime a dozen; that's why billy and mackenzie make a good couple for me any way, they are opposites but they work. She smiles more when she is with him and she doesnt take his crap but calls him out on it; they need a great s/l is what they need.

I loved the original actors who portrayed Mac & Billy. But the two they have now, is about as appealing as watching paint dry. Absolutely NO chemistry. I'd rather see Billy with Chloe.

BONK....thats the sound of my head hitting the coffee table every time Mac and Billy are on my TV screen. They are B.O.R.I.N.G... BORING...zzzzzzzzzzz....yawn....sleepy...
