Who Do You Think Lily's Surrogate Will Be? - Possible SPOILER Talk

When I went to see Daniel Goddard a couple weeks ago someone asked if there was a baby in Lily and Cane's future and he said "Yes"

Who do you think Lily and Cane will ask to be their surrogate?

I'm thinking it might be Mac. She was complaining to Billy the other day that she didn't feel like she was making a difference and that she needed a purpose in her life.

Yeah, I also think it will be Mac and of course it will bring another round of Billy Vs Cane and when Lilly is in remission she will get jealous because Canes attention will be more on Mac & the baby which will cause angst between them thus creating a love quadrangle
