It's the whole star-crossed lovers thing - or at least that's what their story has been turned into since LML. There was zero basis or history of that before... Something tells me though that this sick s/l won't play out for as long as originally planned.

Baby Faith needs her mother, and vice versa, ASAP

Regardless of Shick reuniting as lovers or not, both parents need to bond with their baby

I think the storyline is sick for both Ashley and Sharon. For Sharon to grieve for the loss of her baby only find out at some point that she is alive is going to be a happy moment for her, but a terrible loss for all the time that she has lost not being able to bond with the baby. Not to mention what this is going to do to Ashley. She thinks this child is hers, how will she ever be able to detach herself from the bond that she has already formed for this child, and then to have to see Sharon being the mother to the baby?? Remember how she melted when Robert died? She clung to his blanket like it was her child. Sad all around. The writers could not have picked the worst two women to do this to, with Sharon already losing two children and Ashley losing Robert and aborting Victor's baby. Sick, Sick, Sick.

I do however think that Sharon needs to have her baby back pronto. I hope that they don't wait too long. I can't imagine how Ashley is going to react when she finds out that her good buddy Adam is responsible for the switch and the death of her bio baby, let alone the fact that he was the one responsible for gaslighting her. She will definitely have another meltdown. She has put so much faith and trust in Adam, this is going to kill her. Adam better watch out, if he thinks he has enemies now, wait until this dirty deed comes out. Sharon, Ashley, Nick, Victor. . .holy war. He is going to wish he never left Kansas or heard the name Newman.

I agree Faith needs to be back with Sharon and Nick. Enough with this baby-switch storyline that was unnecessary in the first place. I haven't watched since, because it's just distasteful to me to have a woman lose a third daughter. And Suds, you're right, not to mention what this will do to Ashley after she lost Robert and her abortion. It's sick to make these women continually suffer over lost children. Some characters on the show have never lost children, but yet Sharon and Ashley are always targets for these kinds of storylines.

I certainly hope they're not going to drag it out like they did on Days, but it seems to me they are not going to pick the Faith parentage thing up until next sweeps - and I don't mean this November sweeps.

It doesn't appear that they are going to pick it up anytime soon Moniker. They are portraying Sharon as having accepted the loss and moving forward. They did the same thing with the Winter's paternity storyline. They just made everybody move forward and Lily's paternity did not resurface for years! (while I realize that at least in this case she was raised by her mom, just not her bio dad) In this case, baby Faith is not being raised by her bio mom or bio dad. I don't think that Ashley is competent to raise Abby let alone Faith. Shoot, Phyllis is a nutjob psycho yet she would be a better parent to Faith!

BTW Moniker--LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your screen pic!

WRITERS - GIVE SHARON & NICK BACK THEIR BABY!!!! I'm sick and tired of this garbage. Play dirty with the adults, not the children!!! Come on???!!! Babies need their mothers early in life for those unbreakable bonding moments - for the love of something......have AdUMB have a break-down & spill the beans, Dr. Taylor, Ashley come to her senses and remember falling down the stairs and seeing AdUMB in Sabrinas dress. (OR) Faith gets really sick & needs blood, platelets, etc. and they find out that Ashley's DNA doesn't match....Victors DNA would have some strands that match since Nick is his son (same blood line). Anywho....END IT and QUICK please. Move onto more mysterious and sleuth type storylines. Please - can anybody bust AduMB????? Inspector Gadget, maybe??? I read the spoilers and if things aren't what I want to see, I just DELETE. If Mackenzie decides to carry Lily's & Cane's baby (this will be a breath of fresh air) - but this AdUMB/Ashley/Sharon/Faith/Nick storyline has got to end. Faith deserves more than this & surely Sharon and Nick does too. Is the loss of one child enough.....THREE???? And to pair up AdUMB and Sharon is a joke. If you're going to pair up Sharon with somebody & it isn't NICK, PUHLEEZE find somebody HOT.....whatever happened to Diego??????

Nick and Sharon should have their baby back.
Faith needs them.
Besides, it's really time for some happiness in their lives.I would like to see them reunited and be a big happy family again.

Thank you! I searched long and hard for a screen pic that would describe me and this is what I came up with

All I can say is that if they are going to stretch this out for years, then I will not be watching. The woman has lost two daughters already, enough is enough!

I'm in the large group of people that has stopped watching until Faith is returned to Sharon and Nick. I'm a Shick fan, but at this point I don't care if they reunite right away, as long as they get their baby. I think the writers know how upset everyone is because have you all noticed that they haven't shown Ashley with Faith lately? They've put that story on the backburner & they know we don't like seeing Ashley holding her. My biggest fear is that Adam's going to decide to "fix" his baby-switch by getting Sharon pregnant with a new baby. I can definitely say that, if they do that, I will NEVER watch the show again!

The writers do not care what we think otherwise they will send Faith back to her real parents.

At first, I was upset that Sharon doesn't have Faith because they are both missing crucial bonding time. Sharon living like she is now, just trying to cope, versus caring for and loving her precious newborn baby 24/7. Come on!

Now, I actually want Faith away from Ashley because Ashley is NOT all there. She would never hurt Faith intentionally, but what if Ashley has another break with reality, say, when she driving?

If this baby switch goes on for years, like some have, it will be too much.
