Adam was playing Ashley but I don't think he is playing Sharon. I think he needs someone like Sharon because she doesn't judge him because she feels guilty about some of the things she has done in the past and right now he needs that because he also doesn't have a friend in the world.

Sharon right now to Adam is probably the closet thing he has to compare to when it comes to his mother. She has a good heart and is forgiving just like Hope and right now he needs that not to mention all the guilt he may feel about giving Ashley her baby after finding out what kind of person Sharon truly is. She shows him kindness like Ashley, no one else has ever shown him this since his arrival to GC. He believes that he has already made amends to Ashley by giving her Sharon's baby, now how will he make amends to Sharon for taking her baby is the question? Will he confess or will that Dr. that helped him reappear out of guilt and spill the beans? Who knows. JMO

Sharon is always the cronic victim. She is not naieve at all, she is just stupid! The woman is a very bad judge of character and she is in to self sabatage. Who on earth would be entertaining the ex-husband's bad brother to begin with? It would be none other than Sharon. She actually sat there and bought the whole story that Adam told her about why he slept with Rafe and worse she understands it! The woman doesn't even begin to know what it is about. She knows that he helped Jack screw Victor and she knows that he is basically a low life, but there she is just taking him into her confidence and tying the rope around her own neck again. Nobody ever gave this broad an award for being smart that is for sure.
