Has anyone ever seen a picture of Lauren with hair different? I am beginning to think she wears a wig. Does anyone know?

Looks like a wig to me to, as a matter of a fact it looks like Chloe may have borrowed it from her today as part of her costume. LOL Chloe's costume looked like she was dressed up as a miniature Lauren today from the wig to the outfit.

IMO, if Lauren's hair is "real" she needs a serious hair cut. If it's a wig, get a new style...either way, seriously outta style.

Too long for her face. Too "young" for her age.

I'm pretty certain that Cloe was supposed to be dressed up as Jane Fonda - when Jane played "Barbarella" back in the 60s. That would also explain the thigh-high boots and "ray-gun"

I'll have to look a little closer at Lauren (I don't have high-def TV). I'd guess she's in her mid-40s now? I didn't realize that she wore a wig. I suspect most of them do (doesn't Doug (Paul Williams) Davidson wear a toupee?). I have to say the hair looks great - even Katherine Chancellor's... but I digress.

Katherine does look great, her stuff isn't over the top like Lauren's. Maybe they should have given Lauren hair extensions to fill it out because the wig is to big and she looks like a 70's country singer.

ICAM! Lauren needs a make under in a serious way. Her hair is a big rat's nest! - I don't want her dressing like Jill or Kay but she and Amber should not have the same wardrobe. The picture of Lauren in the cast section of this board is good she has short hair. She needs to try that look again.

We don't allow bashing on age. Please stick to discussing hair and clothes styles, which are chosen by the show. Jade

Broby, I'm with you — she was Barbarella. I actually saw that movie back in the day. Chloe looked very much like Fonda in that role.

I'm 72, and that's the way we wore our hair back in the day. I'd give 12 pounds of my wrinkled old skin for hair like that again. !!!

I would have, too. I think she's got the prettiest face of anyone on Y&R.

She probably could use a haircut, though. But most people would kill to look as good as Lauren, wig or not.
