They've ruined all the good characters on this show. Trashed actually. Sharon, Nick, psycho Phyllis is now a stepford wife. I'd rather see Phyllis as the psycho she is. They've ruined Victor.

I think Ashley should leave the ranch.
She should be with Abby in the Carlton's mansion.

Ashley should leave the ranch. She certainly is not destitute and the fact that she wanted to raise her 'girls' there is a pretty lame excuse. Abbey lived with Brad for a long time following her divorce from him, then she and Abbey moved away for an extended period of time. She sure didn't seem concerned about Abbey's connection to the ranch all during Abbyey's growing years. Why is it suddenly so important about the girls' living arrangements. Ashley is just being vindictive about Victor's involvement in MJ's (Patty) rein of terror. Ashley has reason to be angry, but taking Victor's home because of the 'girls' is, as I said, pretty lame.

It's a good thing Victor doesn't "GIVE A DAMN" whether she has the ranch or not. I guess that is going to take all the pleasure away from her getting it - - because he just does NOT care!

Yeah, I forgot to add how Y&R just loves IRONY, well the IRONIC thing about ASHLEY wanting ole VIC's ranch is how JACK helped his ownself and ASHLEY to get the ABBOTT MANSION away from GLORIA(who according to JOHN'S will should have had the mansion)but now MISS ASHLEY thinks she can "steal" another man's home just like her brother did to GLORIA! GLORIA was JOHN's wife and whether you like her or not(I really don't but she is good comic relief)she was entitled to the mansion according to the will and was married to JOHN longer than the TEN MINUTES that ASH has been married to ole VIC. So, TGVN will come back and probably throw her off the ranch because she will make trouble on the board of directors! Will ASHLEY stage a coup and will ADAM be behind it? Will ADAM be the PUPPET MASTER to ASHLEY just as ole smilin JACK was to COLLEEN? And just how does ole TUCKER fit into this scenario because I have been saying this for awhile THER IS GOING to be a HOSTILE TAKEOVER and NICKIE BOY better grow some if he is going to stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't approve of anything Victor did but when it comes to Ashley taking away his ranch, if I were him, I'd tourch it then go build a bigger, better ranch for him and Nikki. It would be like starting over. And Ashley could take her millions and build a ranch 2 states to the west to raise her precious 2 spoiled rotten daughters. (Well, realistically one spoiled daughter) Too many bad situations/memories that outweigh the good ones at that ranch.

Ashley not staying no where....when she realizes the child is not hers.....she be gone....poor ting....can't catch a break on this show also....no luck on B&B and they brought her back to this ......all for the love of Victor...Victor....Victor.....

However, when the judge learned of Jack's effort to have John completely cut Gloria out of his will, the judge also then overturned his original decision and awarded half the mansion to Gloria.

Yes. She should be in Brad's house with Abby. Sharon now can go back into her old place, since Victoria & JT are moving to New York. Nick & Phyllis should get a real home, move into the ranch & Adam should go to the tack house.

This is all true, but there was a stipulation the Judge made. He said if Gloria did anything to not cooperate with his decision, then the house would go back to Jack. Gloria removed all the belongings out of the house, brought in ugly junk and did things to get Jack to leave. Remember the camera. It told all. Gloria was rooted out of the house because of the bad things she did.
