Lordy, Lordy, Lordy!!! If we got one thing out of the angst that EB might be leaving - - we got these FABULOUS flashbacks. They were only doing this in antcipation of him leaving the soap, I am sure.

Yes, thank you! Vintage Y & R, priceless! I loved it! All those old scenes, wonderful! Back in the old days, Y & R may have had some silly s/l's, but no horrible dark evil s/l's like we have with Evil Adam/Crazy Ashley/Crazy Sharon...and then the baby debacle...ugh! It used to be the best soap ever invented, setting the standard that other soaps would aspire to reach, but they just seldom ever reached that standard of excellence at any time. To all the actors who've performed on Y & R back in those old days and crews and producers, etc.: THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES! Whatever happens in the future, we still have those memories. During holiday periods, they usually show some vintage Y & R shows. And my new DVD is really fantastic...recording shows on DVD or video tapes either one is SO easy now, whether I'm here or not. I think I'll just tape more vintage Y & R show!
