Phyllis and Nick didn't sell to Jack because of his back handed reporting. Then comes along Billy who has an even worse temper and it took them all of 30 secs to off load the magazine to him. All of a sudden they are shocked that he writes about what Victor did! Wow, didn't see that one coming! Ya ok, that light in the tunnel, it's not a train dimwit!
