What does Victor Newman have to do with Style!

I can see Billy doing an expo on Victor if he had anything to do with Fashion but what does that article have to do with Restless Style? Is the magazine about gossip too?

When the idea was conceived for RS--it was not suppose to be about gossip. Phyllis crossed the line first when she trashed Sharon, then Jack trashed Sabrina. Ashle is not going to get a ROI because old Billy Boy will bankrupt RS before long.
