Too many times to count. I knew the minute when they introduced Emily Peterson that a switch was obviously in the works.

I think the doctor is really Patty to begin with. I think the real Patty has come back but she wanted to see how Jack was going to react to MJ the first time. Now that she has her answers to Jacks guilt she will work on him from a different angle.
I still believe Victor knows more than he's letting on.
