Mastermind behind Deacon ... Speculation

I believe Deacon told Ryder he wasn't going to do Ryder and his mother's bidding any longer. I've read that Amber's mother may also be Ryder's mother and that she might be heading to GC (not a spoiler, just rumor). From what I gather, they are threatening Deacon's son, which is why he is in cahoots with them. |

It's high time Michael learned more about his father's side of the family and this would be a great way for him to do that. Maybe River is the mastermind and wants to use Michael to regain his family's fortune and somehow regain ownership of the Ashram as well. There are a lot of possibilities and it's going to be fun to discover who the mastermind is! Yes..River was at Ann Arbor at school and when he hooked up with 16 year od Gloria, quit college and lived in a commune his family disowned him. But, I remember Lauren having his grandmother's (River's mother) diary refurbished some things were never able to be deciphered. I also remember Michael visiting her last nown address and it was anything but upperclass. Are you sure he came from money or a solid family with good values and in Ann Arbor on a schlorship perhaps. He was intelligent...and a Professor (shanging his name) while on the run after the bomb explosion. |

Question: I read from historical data on various sites that Eden's mother was a student River had an affair with, had a drug addiction and died. What about TAWNEY being the mastermind? SHe gave Michael and Lauren to Deacon as his next victims? River told them Eden's mother died from an overdose, when Eden was an infant. But "Liar, liar, pants on fire, River" could be lying about that too. I don't see Tawny as being that bright, to be a mastermind. I can't see her planning and executing such a plot and being able to control so many players at once. |

I have to be honest, I never even considered that Mihael and Lauren might be targets because they are guardians for Eden. Michael sold the ashram and put all the money in trust for her and that makes her a very rich young woman when she becomes as adult in a couple years. |

LOVE this DAISY JANE and I thought you had put something similiar to this down one other time. It would be much more interesting if TPTB used your theories than what they will come up with. I think like you that there will have to be someone else above TAWNEY(she just doesn't seem that smart, but who knows?). I have to say that I just LOVE the idea that JEFFERY could be involved, he is so smarmy and TS just chews the scenery sometimes he seems to be having so much fun!
