I happen to agree with you. Frankly, I think that it would make a much better storyline to let it be. There are so many other interesting things that can be written than to revisit all of this trauma, hurt and pain. Sharon is working through her disaster and Ashley will continue to work through hers. That is the best of soap opera when things unfold in the natural course of things.

That would be beyond horrible.

The writers will probably do what they usually do. When they ran out of ideas for drama, they're going to bring back the issue. On the other hand, with the way they're writing these days, they will bring back the issue when they're going to ran out of ideas on how to torture Sharon and Ashley.
