Is Nick really Summer's Bio Dad???

This s/l would only add to the Jack/Patty/Phyllis drama I believe is about to unfold.

I have a great idea why don't Sharon and Phyllis sit down and have a cup of coffee and ask each other ,Who's is your baby daddy? Being that the writters don't know and we don't know they might know |

In any case, one thing for sure is that Summer's birth wasn't predicted or "pre-ordained", if you will where Nick is concerned. So no question to me that it will come out that Summer is Jack's little girl! So much backdrop and history for that to make not only more sense, but create a far more interesting plot(s) twist where Nick, Sharon, Jack and Phyllis are concerned.  I have no doubt that Nick is Summer's father. When it was handled from the beginning that was made very clear. I do, however, think that it is going to turn out that Jack is actually going to be the father of Faith. When you look at how they are drawing Jack back into Sharon's life again, to rescue her? It is obvious that there is going to be a twist, and I believe that Jack will be Faith's dad after all. It is a way for Ashley to be able to better accept that Faith is not her daughter and it makes for an easy transition. Too much was made of Victor making arrangements for Faith because he thinks that she is his daughter, the way they are keeping alive the Newman/Abbott feud.....no doubt in my mind, Faith is gonna turn out to be an Abbott, Jack Abbott's to be exact. |

To each his/her own, of course. But I disagree as nothing was made clear about Summer's paternity (for a reason) and given how soap archs work with this show (and Jack and Phyllis' history in trying to have a baby of their own), Summer is not Nick's. So let's just agree to disagree and leave it there, shall we? |

I couldn't disagree more. Too many people have specified how much Faith looks like Nick when he was a little boy. There's no reason to believe that Faith is not Nick's. And it's been written that Sharon lied to protect PHICK's marriage, a geture even Phyllis thanked Sharon for. Now IMO, I think Summer was initially written to be Jack's, but they changed their minds because of the popularity of PHICK. I don't see how anyone can deny the dubious manner in which Nick handled getting those results. It was revealed as sort of a cliffhanger, which was a way for the writers to re-write history at a later date if they choose. Given the fact that no one else saw the results, the writers could easily change Summer's paternity. |

I don't think Jack is Faith's father and how do you explain the comments regarding Faith's "strong Newman genes"? Too many people comment on how much she looks like Nick and the Newmans. Jack is only getting involved with Adam because he hates Adam and wants him away from his sister Ashley. Jack will gladly help Nick keep Adam away from Sharon just to stick it to Adam. Let's not forget about Ashley! She is going to be a key factor at Newman and she just so happens to adore and believe in Adam This will tick Jack off too! Ashley is sick of Jack's petty antics so she will ignore him for the most part.Don't read too much into Jack's role. He'll just be another thorn in Adam's side but Jack will have his plate full with trying to regain control of Jabot via Chancellor Industries AND with his new relationship with Dr. Emily Peterson. |

He was the only one to read the paternity results and everyone else involved in the storyline just took his word for it. When he opened the paternity results and read them that day he didn't look overjoyed. He just put the envelope back in his suit pocket and that was that. I think this may be a storyline that very well may not be finished. What does everyone else think?? I really don't think at this time the writers even know. I think it was set up to be a storyline for the future. |

I think both summer and faith's paternity could go either way,I just hope that they start giving phyliss and sharon there own s/l both women have way to much in common when it comes to men.Either jack or nick can be there baby daddy. |
