GOTTA AGREE ladies that it does depend who you ask but I'm going to suprise some people because I think the character of PHYLLIS(just like both NICK & SHARON) will be around for a very long, long time. MICHELE STAFFORD is a fine actress and whether one likes, loves, dislikes, or even loves to "hate" the character I think she will be around. That being said, do I think that she will be in the same capacity or will her character change. I do believe that the character has slowly been simmering for awhile now and will errupt just like MT. ST. HELENA before we know it. But I really do NOT think it will be for the reason that many people think and that is the miracle of FAITH being reunited with her mother. I think it will have to do with her little girl SUMMER and "who" she blames for the peanutbutter kiss that put poor little SUMMER in the hospital and in a coma. We shall see but I really do NOT think that PHYLLIS is going anywhere. I am one that loved her as the "villian" and pretty much always see her in that light mainly because I am a LAW & ORDER kind of person being from TEXAS(I guess that explains it)and I wanted to see her punished for her "crimes" but she was NOT. Even her best buddy MICHAEL was punished and went to jail but not PHYL. Oh, well in conclusion PHYLLIS ship has NOT SAILED and she will be around for many years but just NOT in her current manifestation. And PHYLLIS, SHARON, and ole NICKIE boy they will NEVER be thru with this TRIANGLE! sigh! PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG!PING!PONG! Probably with all of them in their walkers they will still be shuffling "after" NICK or he after these two.......................................JMO!

No, her ship hasn't sailed. Once being a "good" wife doesn't get her what she wants, she will come back with a vengence. Think how insecure Phyllis has always acted where Nick and Sharon are concerned. When Faith goes back to Sharon and she grows into a pampered, perfect princess and Summer is still recovering from the damage done by the peanut butter kiss, Phyllis will be out to wreck havoc on everyone who she feels is responsible.

First, I am a fan of Nick and Sharon. BUT I tend to agree that now that Phyllis is tamed down, and a "Martha Stewart" wanna-be the ship has sailed.

I use to love to hate her for her sneakyness, her stopping at nothing to get what she wanted, her drive, her passion (no, not for sex, but for power). Thats the phyllis I loved to hate. I enjoyed seeing what she will do next. Now we know when she is on screen its either a. sexing it up with nick or b. taking care of summer..............can you say B O R I N G........

This is just my opinion, some may agree and some may not.. I have watched this show a LONG time and its a shame that now if I miss a show its no big deal, the fire that once was Y&R is dimmed and frankly I don't know if it will recover.

And YET SHARON has had EIGHT lovers/husbands one of whom ONLY raped her and PHYLLIS has had NINE lovers/husbands looks like they are pretty even in the romantic/lovers/husbands category. As far as having been with men that are currently alive(many exes are dead!) and in GC both women have three. SHARON has NICK, JACK, and BILLY while PHYLLIS has MICHAEL, JACK, & NICK! LOL! If you want to call someone a LOVEBOAT try JILL!
