Quote countryMomof4: All I'm saying is that your life and your value to society don't stop after you're 40! Neither does your sex drive, your LOVE life etc.

I'm talking about sex at WORK people, nothing else. I guess where I worked, you didn't have time for this kind of stuff because you were..... working.

That's why those two are so hard to take seriously. It's always just about raunchy sex to them.

I am wondering why sex betwen Nick and Phyllis is "raunchy" and the sex between Nick and Sharon is so pure? Nick and Phyllis are married, they are a hot couple and they have sex. If you don't like them fine, but those two having sex is no different than anyone else on this show having sex. When Nick and Sharon were shacking up at the cabin, they had sex on the couch and on the floor. The shacked up at the No-Tel Motel and all they did was rock the mattresses. Married people have sex and Nick and Phyllis have a very healthy sex life and marriage. I don't know what all of the fuss is about. Married people have sex. No married couple's sex is purer than the other. Sex is sex and married people have it all of the time. Nick and Sharon were shacking up and there was nothing pure about the sex they were having, it was even adultry.

I never have been able to figure this out Gencor! It's like posters think they are "dirty" because they don't limit the sex to a properly made up bed. They are a married couple and as long as no one else is there watching why can't they have sex wherever they want? It's not "dirty", it's marital sex! I can remember that the first 5 years of marriage are wild with passion. Why is that wrong? They say if you put a bean in a jar everytime you have sex during your first year of marriage, and take one out for everytime after that....you will never empty the jar!

To me dirty is sticking you tongue down your father-in-laws throat. Dirty is having sex with your brother-in-law, standing up at your sister-in-laws wedding as her maid of honor and begging the groom to run away with you! Not giving a fig about your son! Disgusting, is getting drunk and having sex with anyone who knocks on the the door of your hotel room.
Please PHICK are married and are in a locked office in a company their family owns, in a building their family owns!

Most of the things Sharon did was from her sicness, remember thats why she was in the Hosp. and she was'nt having Sex with every Man Just Jack Nick (her Babys Daddy) and Sicko Billy, But please understand Phyllis would jump any Man she set her eyes on Starting with Michael (her friend Laurens Husband) whom she had kidnapped, Danny she tried to Lie and make him think Daniel was his, Mistress to Nick (you no the he's married to now) back in forth with Jack Sneeking her Sex capades, Oh Nickie Boy your not the only one that has fun with Phyllis, think again Nick.
Hey maybe next time Nick makes her mad Jack will have a will get to meet that Desk,
right Phyllis?

Maybe if she hears you she will answer you!

I'm not the one for her to hear, It's the people she has hurt.

Quote suegerry: Some may enjoy vulgarity, some like me just don't dig it. What has ever been with Phyllis and Nick has never come across as sexy or anything else. They are so mismatched its not viewable....fake is more what it should be called. She hangs on to him like someone on drugs.

But you see, some of us don't consider a married couple having sex vulgar. Some of us DO consider the two of them sexy together. Some of us do NOT think they are mismatched. Some of us do not view their relationship as fake and, judging from today's scene, as somebody already brought up, Nick initiated the whole thing - - and I didn't see her hanging on to him like someone on drugs - - I saw her submitting to HER HUSBAND taunting her. And, last but not least, some of us DO consider this viewable, quite obvioiusly!

Not everybody is expected to feel the same way about this couple, that is why this thread has already had 1245 views since it was opened this morning!

P.S. Woman in their 40's are at their sexual peak. More comfortable with who they are, their bodies and their sexuality. No problems getting what they want, have no problem telling or asking their partners how they want it, or will just simply take it and get it the way they want it, which makes it so much more enjoyable.
As a woman who just celebrated her 41st bday last week may I just say my husband is a happy happy happy guy.

Thank you for asking that question, I was afraid to, but I have already figured out the answer I would get - - so, pass on that one!
Then I guess my answered surprised you.
Nope - - your answer was irrelevant to me. You were answering someone's else's question.
Actually my answer was relevant to you since you addressed it in a separate post. You PRESUMED to know what I would say in response. That is not polite in my books.
No problem, I'm not here to argue - - having fun on this thread and learning about everybody's views.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

For the record I appreciate all who answered my question without it getting all hostile. Thank you for your honesty. It's easier to understand the other side of the arguement when the conversation remians light and civil.

We all know that this debate will never be settled. Each of us has our likes and dislikes. But it sure is a heck more fun when we are playing nice in the sandbox and not spewing venom. Oui?
