I mean come on, even Bill Bell wrote some sl that weren't really good nor believable. Anyone remember Brad being held by his first wife Lisa in a cage for months!! Victor being held in the desert by a madman, Lauren being buried alive, there were a number more in all of these years.

I saw a couple minutes of the madness, flicked it off and went about my business.

Sorry, my mind can't tolerate stupid la la land stuff...

There were some pretty unbelievable storie. Remember Lauren being buried alive? But we tuned in for that stuff. Who wanted to see folks sitting around the living room. That's what WE were doing, we wanted fantasy! I guess because this story involves a baby and Sharon it is striking some people intensely.

That was a very good s/l and was well written and executed.

Sorry, blind man walking around delivery and cleaning up is not believeable. Much less all that he has done.....and Ashley's belly growth knowing that she fell and lost a lot of blood.....

Cal, I do appreicate good dark s/ls that also have not so dark s/l's at the same time.

What I don't appreciate is the lack of effort to make the s/l believeable.

Plus you know what's going to happen next.

Even the Phyllis/Sheilla s/l was good....and Carmen...you never knew what to expect then bam....it made me run home to see what next.

Right now....I'm heading out with the girls...Y&R for later.

I have been watching y&r faithfully for over 10 yrs now and Never have I ever concedered not watching until now. The stories are getting more and more stupid as the days go on. I mean really what mental hospital has no cameras. No security no nothing you would think at the least at the hospital Adam would have been caught then. Why doesnt the ranch have cameras if someone in my house was being terrized and you dont know who is doing it your security sucks why not put cameras around. The man is blind but he out smarts everybody I mean really? The a doctor that never does any onther test other than a fetal heart monitor. I have 4 kids and the whole pregnancy the doctor was checking for everything and I got at least 2 ultrasounds.. All in all the show is getting dumber by the second , Its seems as if the writer dont know much about the characters. DO some research learn the characters and change them back Victor espically he is not so stupid that he couldnt see that Adam is a snake,

OK, does this make sense...

The lines are good but the plots SUCK!!! They need to step it up a notch. Their cast does every day!

I have posted maybe twice before, and YES this baby switch makes me sick and disappointed. I was sooo much looking forward to seeing Nick and Sharon with their baby, no matter if they stayed together or not. Y&R you are making us mad, I really dont want to stop watching like I did GL, AND WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THERE. PUT YOUR THINKING CAPS ON AND FIX THIS MESS!!!!

Bumping to save space.

I wish I could stop watching permenantly... but I can't. Oh I have threatened to but I always go back. I have been waiting for 5 years for Phick to be over and done. If I give up now all that time was wasted. And say what you will about bad writing. I completely agree but I can't not watch and therefore not see what will happen to Sharon. As much as I HATE this s/l, my curiosity gets the better of me. I can only hope it will be over sooner than later. But I have been saying that for the last 5 years so I won't hold my breath.

I would like to see Phick and Shick just moved away from. I want to see Sharon heal and meet a new great man. If the writers are going to leave Phick together they should just do it and move on for awhile. Let these people live their lives while we concentrate on someone else. And not the fab four escapades. Shick will pop up again down the road (just please no Brooke/Ridge type saga).

Today is my first day here. I wanted to see what others were saying about this horrible sick and twisted s/l that is going on. I am SOO glad to know that I am not alone. I have watched Y&R for 20 years on and off.. But this is just horrible writing. I can't stand Adam! Especially the "new" Adam.. Uggh! I too have started to give up on the Sharon/Nick getting back together.. But what they did this week with Sharon and her baby really has my blood boiling. How could they even think that was ok? I mean COME ON WRITERS! I am about to delete the settings on my DVR and stop wasting my time on this crap!
