%( Both Sharon and Ashley are too emotionaly weak to endure the long drawn out suffering involved in theis s/l. What are the writers trying to do, put off a lot of viewers? I just dont think I can watch either one of these women suffer anymore than they have already..... Both are really nice women, who don't deserve to have this Freak play with their lives to such a horrible extent!! What more is Adam gonna get away with??? This makes no sense !! Enough already, Stop this Fool This is worse than the Fab4, Glo and Jeff stupid stuff , and all the laws they break.... Just venting here>>> Hating this S/l....

I agree, I have been ff thru this whole thing. I just can't watch. Two thumbs down.

The more messed up the characters are, the more I like them. After the baby switch, Sharon should become my favorite. She will be completely off her rocker.

Baby switch? I don't think so. Remember, Ashley isn't really pregnant. Stealing Sharon's baby? Yes; that's predictable...and stupid...and boring...and OLD, since it's been done repeatedly on DOOL.

*) I just don't understand how a premature baby could be passed off as a full term baby!!!!!! PLEASE find another writer before Y&R be cancel!!!!! The writer is just killing me LOL!!!!!

I agree, this is really too much. Now Sharon will have to lose another child? Then after not being able to bond or watch her child grow until they decide to rip the baby from Ashley? And then Ashley will have a baby ripped from her??
Just way too much.

If this is what they intend to shove down our throats, the baby switch with Sharon and Ashley, I absolutely will not watch this sick, evil, dark and cruel event. The tv goes off.

I realize this is a soap, but please, we get enough cr @p in the news everyday, especially about missing or exploited children. Sometimes I have had it up to here with turning on the news everyday only to be depressed by the economy, or by the high crimes of politicians, and crimes committed by sick, sick people to other human beings. Enough is enough already and many times I will not watch the news for that very reason.

Must we watch this nonsense in our fantasy world of soaps? It is totally unnecessary and uncalled for.

I agree wholeheartedly. Let's hope the writers listen. They seem to think we enjoy constant tragedy and crying every day. They also want to get rid of interesting characters who challenge the Newmans like Brad and Colleen. Then we are left with the same old storylines.

The s/l will happen and we all have to deal with it. They seem to be doing a good job so far. I think they will try to convince Sharon her baby died and she will not believe it. That will make her a stronger person to be able to find out the truth.

Lets all take a deep breath and give the Y&R our support, or there will not be a soap to post about.

I hope you are right. I hope Sharon and Nick don't believe it and they set out to expose the real Adam. I just can't stand more goodbyes and funerals.

Giving Ashley Sharon's baby is the plot that will give Sharon a s/l and a reunion sometime down the road. Seeing Colleen lay brain dead and having watched Ashley lose her child and for months thinking she is still pregnant is cruel.

This s/l is too cruel and also too unbelievable. If Ashley is not really pregnant, she sure has quite a big belly. And she said that she was having contractions. I wonder how that can be if there's no baby there. I don't even understand how she can go into labor, unless this is how a hysterical pregnancy works. If not, it doesn't make any sense at all. And yes, this will drive Sharon over the deep end if they tell her the baby she's carrying has died.
