The Young and the Restless - MESSAGE BOARDS

Please, No Animal Cruelity here on Y&R. We have seen way to much already. First, A bird alive and well on a tree limb, then it smashed thru a big plate glass window with us watching it on the floor. We then see a stuffed cat MJ is talking to and told the cat she was sorry she did that because she had promised she would not ever do what she did to him again. Guess she got mad and threw her cat against the wall and killed it to. Now we hear that MJ is going to kill Victor's Dog. Please stop this kind of story line. I rescue animals and can't stand them being hurt. They are here for us to take care of, not to allow someone to abuse or kill them. This show before you know it will have have Animal Control agency taking action. Your story line could possibly make other people hurt animals like you are showing. Yes I know it is only a soap. But, WHAT some PEOPLE SEE, Sometimes they copy it. This needs to stop.

I can promise you that if that incident takes place with Zapato, I will definitely stop watching. I don't really think that has been verified and really think somone just made it up on one of the threads.

If the writers allow animal cruelty I MOST DEFINITELY will stop watching. Please don't go there writers.

What kind of people are writting for Y&R now? Ashley's terrible abuse, Kevin's torment with the Chipmunk, the stuffed cat and now, talk of Victor's dog maybe being killed. Sounds like to me they have a sadistic streak to them.

It already happened when MJ threw the dead bird in the window at the tacky house. We all assume she was responsible as she was standing outside at the time!

I have read through some threads and there are quite a few people that are coming on and say, "Oh yes, it IS Zapato.

Before I get even more upset, I would like for whoever started this to tell everyone exactly where we can find it to verify it!!!

People on the board can get upset over Sharon, Nick, Phyllis, Heather, etc., etc., so - - all us animal lovers have a right to be upset also.

MJ kills and stuffs her pet cat.....hurls a bird singing a lovely song through a window killing it in a rage...and now Victor's beloved Zapato gets done in.....and now lets talk about the animals that suffer.....

The truth is that animals and humans are dependent upon each other..animals, babies and pregnant women being the most defenseless. To torture and terrorize anyone through an unborn child, a child or a beloved defenseless animal is demented and evil and should not continue as a means to destroy an enemy. Take his fortune, take his prized possessions but not loved ones....and, yes, that includes pets! Is this "Dark Shadows" or Y&R?
