- You know it will be tough for Paul as Heather's (Miss rush to find guilty) Father and Nicki being Summer's Grandmother (How can this - take this baby away from her parents). Looks like some rough roads ahead. Hopefully Paul will help Nicki prove what an incapable, pigheaded person Heather really is. Oh don't let me forget gullible for not seeing the true person Adam really is. This s/l is just insane. |

What I can't understand is if Heather thinks she is such a good judge of people, why can't she see Adam for what he has become? By the way, since when does an assistant DA have the power to arrest or detain people for questioning by the PD, as she did to Phyllis in the hospital room? Seems as tho she has overstepped her authority! All the DA's office has the authority to do is issue an arrest warrant - not perform the actual arrest. She sure enjoys getting in there and doing the police department's job as well. PS and then I'll shut up!! What judge in his right mind would issue a bench warrant to arrest or detain a defendent on the word of an ass't DA who just 'happened' to overhear someone accuse someone of something. He would have to have a lot more proof than THAT or he'd be considered a laughing stock! |

If I remember right, the DA fired Heather at one point and then she went job hunting and Nicki gave her a job at Jabot working for their legal department. But for the life of me I can't figure out why/how they rehired her. I think Maybe Paul solved a case and gave her credit! Once he gets over the guilt of not raising her she's going to be all on her own.. God help GC!

Paul let Heather take the credit for which case I forget (was it Victor)..she was rehired and then went after her fiancee Adam and prosecuted him all the while crying in her room at the GCAC..another one without an apt of her own! |

Smart of Nikki not to bring up the terror at the ranch and that she thinks Adam is the culprit....she knows how to persuade TGVN when she wants something....and instead just said having Summer stay at the ranch could add more stress on Ashley and Adam wasn't a good influence....(to put it mildly)!  Neither one of us can remember which case she "solved", pretty sad commentary to the significance of Heather to this program  She is consistently so arrogant and why? She is always wrong, wrong, wrong!!!!

Paul figured out the connect between Walter and Chow (JT originally put the two in cahoots together) and figured out that it was the mob behind the whole death of Sabrina and a few other things, at one time they thought the mob blew up Clear Springs... |
