He turned it down cause he said he wanted to earn it not have it given to him because he was Jills son. Hes not a bad guy. Yes he lied to everyone there but he wasnt acting alone. He did it for his friend. And its not like it was his idea! If he took money from them or assumed PC3's identity, then he'd be a bad guy, but he didnt because he's a great guy. Neil is a jerk who needs to get over himself. Wasnt he lieing to his new bride about his feelings for Tyra?! And I couldve slapped Chloe for trying to come down on Cane for not telling the truth about the baby. After all shes done! She had the nerve to talk to cane like he was scumb? No way! And Billy? Billy had no right to hit Cane! If Billy had stepped up and been a man and claimed his child in the first place, none of that Chloe/Cane/Lily/Billy crap wouldve ever taken place! Guys this is a mess and hopefully the writers will redeem our loveable Cane. He's a great character to have on the show and I cant stand seeing him ruined like this. I will always be a LANE fan!!! They can make it through this. Just get Neil out of the way. lol And on another note, I liked Devons scene with Cane on Friday. That is how a brother should act. And for that matter, that is how Neil shouldve acted. Not so over the top like he was.

It will be interesting to see what they both say on the next episode. I agree. Of course, I do not like Amber and Chloe and Cane could not stand them lying, well the "shoe is on the other foot". What does he think of himself?  He's ashamed, remorseful and he regrets what he has done, which is what a good guy would feel. Thank you very much. |

Cane is the consumate liar! Viewers were told he was lieing and then we watched him so it with all the sincerity of Pope John Paul in prayer.......AMAZING! Can't seperate truth from his own lies and neither can anyone else. |

Oreo you said Cane is good at lying! You are right he is also good at loving. Jill and K have never felt so loved by either Phillip or Billy doughboy! Lily never felt so loved before by Daniel! Cane is also good looking! Have you seen that shirtless body lately. Yummy! He is a good lover because you know Lily is just using wanting a baby,just to be with him more.LOL He would have made a good Father if given the chance. He is also a good business man. Jimmy's is drawing all the prominent citizens of GC lately. He is also a good man! He has lied and apologized I must remind you. But he did it for the love of his family and his girl. He is a good man because he is truly sorry for the wrong he has done and the hurt he has caused. He is a good man because he actually wants to turn back the hands of time to undo what he has done. He is a good guy because he has owned up to his ish like a man and taking his punishment. He is a good man because he forgave those who tricked and trapped him into marriage and fatherhood! If I had to choose from all the men in GC who I would trust it would be this good guy Cane Ashby. |

Cane not only is a good guy he is a smart one to. Why do you think he wanted to get her down that isle so fast? He knew if she knew the truth she never would have married him. Her marrying him will make it a little bit more difficult to extricate herself from him and he knew it. |

He was able to figure out Billy was the father of Chloe's child before Billy did yet he didn't know he should have told Lily the truth? No he needs to suffer. I think eventually Lily will forgive him because he does love her but their relationship was built on a lie. |

Cane snatched off Amber's wig at the show to prove she was a fraud. He slammed Chloe for lying and manipulating to get what she wants. Cane is the pot calling the kettle black. As far as your point about him wanting to be loved, is not a better reason for lying than the others on the show. As a matter a fact it is worst because love is priceless and he stole something from all the people like Lily, Jill and Mrs C who trusted him, stood by him and defended him, he stole their trust, love and part of their lives all things that cannot be replaced. Money can be replaced. So it does not matter that he was not there to steal money, instead he was selfish and only thought about himself. He knew he was not the father of Chloe's baby, but he lied anyway and married her. and then acted like it was the end of the world, when he knew all along that the baby was not his. He was playing a game, acting like he needed to be with Chloe. Then blamed Chloe, and she was wrong but so was he, trying to get Delia for him and Lily. Cane is a con man, he saw the baby that he always wanted and went after her by lying, just like he lied about who he was to get a family. Just maybe I would feel sorry for him if he wasn't so hypocritical of everyone else. So quick to judge others action when he was a con himself and had used others to get what he wanted. So defend him if you want but please remember the facts. |

The point is Cane slammed everyone else for lying, when he has been lying himself. Cane is a very good liar, so I will say he is the professional because he did not get caught as easily as Chloe, granted he even has frozen blood samples to cover his tracks. So I think that answer the question on who the professional is. |
