Cane is a good guy!!

Regardless of what has happened I still think that Cane is a good guy. Lilly told him that she didn't care who he was, she still loved him. He didn't come to GC looking for $$$. Whatever his reasons for helping PC3, I don't think he was trying to hurt anyone. I know that every one is mad at him right now and they have a right to be but hopefully his character will be redeemed and he will stay in GC for a long time. He was a more faithful son and Chancellor than PC3 ever was. |

I agree Collett. I think once all the dust settles, ones will realize that Cane has truly enriched their lives all the way around |

ITA. Cane is a good guy and he doesn't deserve how he's being treated by the perfect residents of GC (sarcasm). I really feel for him because he has done everything he can to help. Remember when Tyra and Ana first came to GC. He put them up in a hotel and paid for it himself. When Lily had problems, he was always there to confide in. The same with Jill. He was always there for Jill through tears and cheers. IMHO, Cane gave more than he received. I understand where he is coming from because he had no one. Everybody at the BBQ had families to grow up with. Billy & Philip took theirs for granted and Cane was appreciative to have found one. My heart breaks and bleeds for him because if anyone should have stood by him, it should have been Lily. She is the only person he has spoken to about his lonely childhood. I literally cried when he told Lily about his childhood and that he loved her and he always will. |

Cane is a good lier. I cannot believe that people will throw everyone else under the bus for lying and manipulating but since its Cane, then he was still nice. Yeah right, as critical as he was about Chloe and Amber's lies he should have been looking in the mirror the whole time. |

Right, Cane might have been nice to the people that he conned but he shouldn't have done it in the first place even if Phillip the third was behind it all. It will be interesting to see what they both say on the next episode. |

sorry kids Cane is a crap human being and I can't wait to watch Billy whoop up on him. He is a slime ball , now yes i did feel a litte bit bad for him but only in a humanitarian POV, maybe he and stupid Mac can run away together and make GC a better place |

I mean come on now, the guy never knew his father and when his mother died he was left with no one to take care of him. He probably ate out of garbage cans to survive. We who grew up with families can be so hard but if you have never lived a lonely life like Cane's then we the fortunate ones, need to be more understanding and no so quick to judge. Lily grew up with a loving and supportive family. Billy grew up with a family (dysfunctional, though they may be) but a family none the less, Neil have a family, Esther have a family, Chloe have a family. So really and truly they wouldn't understand where Cane is coming from. But I can understand because I have a heart and I support him no matter what. |

I really hope Cane is a good guy. Not only is the actor nice on the eyes but he is very talented and he has great chemistry with Lilly. |

What Cane did does not change one bit what these two did. They were clearly opportunists. At least Cane has a reason, he was motherless and had a terrible childhood, what's there excuse? Oh Chloe grew up in a boarding school, big deal. She still had a mother that loved her and wanted the best in life for her. Amber I don't know what her deal is. As the original title states Cane is a good guy. The only thing he took out of this whole scheme was love, something he always desparately needed. |

I can't wait to see all the details about Cane and P3! WHY Cane and P3 even know each other, why P3 faked his death. As for cane, I think he does love Lily, and her response Friday was just so stupid! Was her marriage to him in hopes of being a Chancellor afterall? She had previously told him it didnt matter! Yeah, she did see that he had been lying bout his idenity...but where's the love and attempt to understand? |
