I have to disagree. Jill doesn't need to go back to CI at all, EVER! I think Jill would be too resentful of Neil (because Katherine hired him as CEO) to work well with him. It's too bad she doesn't have anything substantial to hold over Victor's head that would make him give the money (he virtually stole) from her, Gloria and Jeffrey.
