After the FBI Dude arrives at the coffee house with warrent in hand,they begin to search for the ( missing cell phone)....much to their surprise they come up empty handed....Kevin then offers up a chocolate cake,Jana,Amber,Dan all refuse saying no one can eat at a time like this...Kevin starts to slice the cake,and starts to serve it .....well what does he pull out but the cell phone he stole,when he turned the lights out in the courtroom.....Dan is smilin again now that they can start to scan the call on the cell phone.

Kevin already has two strikes against him. I guess he forgot the video security cameras run 24/7. It's a digital system and transmitted to the security company as it happens.

Amber must be shaking in her boots that Daniel will find out her past before she can tell him.

Daniel is so selfish, begging Kevin to help him, and he already told him he had two strikes. Boy, Daniel has some nerve to ask Kevin to help. Daniel didn't want to go help Kevin when he needed him (Chipmunk storyline).

Daniel never gave it a second thought asking Kevin to risk his freedom for a stupid hair brained idea. Michael will go off the deep end when he hears about this!
On top of his lack of concern for Kevin getting caught this friend of his just came out of a dark place having had a psychchotic episode he may not have been able to escape and recover from. In fact he is still in therapy and will be for a long time. Very selfish to put his friend in danger psychologically to perform an unnecessary criminal act.

And another thing.....Kevinn was shocked that he wasn't already in the courtroom when he showed up at CL. His excuse? "I was putting together some photos for a video or album of Summer for my mom"! REALLY? Don't think she is planning a memorial service just yet kiddo. Shame on you for using Summer to make excuses for your lateness....you were probably watching porn again...old habits die hard...and some addictions are never licked!
