Doesn't she has another cases to take care of or all her criminal cases had gone down the drain because of her dumb role? Paper works to prepare? If not doing quicky stuff w/ Adam, she's doing also the job description of the detectives.

I am a "law & order" fan & never saw the DA around the any suspects unless offering some deals or in the court house....The detectives were the one doing the tasks, interviews & report to the captain or/and DA/ADA.

SHE'S REALLY GETTING TO MY NERVES!!!!!

I hear your. Heather failed Law Schol which explained why she is so incompetent.

These info are supposed to be confidential until enough evidence are gathered to pursue the case.....and Paul, going straight to Mary Jane to speak w/ her (Heather did not tell him that it was actually MJ who who told her)regarding this rumors about Phyllis harming Summer...what a poor judgement of Paul to the situation!!!!

ITA Heather had no proof that Phylllis did what she accused her of. She doesn't question anyone. No investigation on her part. I don't know much about the law either but I do think that their has to be a certain amount of proof before arresting someone and putting them in jail. I mean she just took the word of MJ and that was all she did. That was riduculous!!

I was hoping she would trip and fall over her own ego having her nose up in the air so far...break a leg, a few ribs and wind up in traction at the hospital. While waiting and wondering why no one comes to see her she might get her first real clue in life!

My son is a Asst. DA. He told me that the only way he would do something like what Heather does is if he did not want to work for the DA anymore. She really needs to get a life and send her own her way.
Mabey she will lose her ability to practice law then she could go to work for her Dad as a PI, since she likes to stick her nose in other people's business.

It's probably in her genes...look at April Stevens and Paul Williams...with April, her choice of men was not very enlightening (even Paul doesn't marry her)...and with Paul, sometimes he's not the sharpest tool in the tool shed (even tho he carries a briefcase that looks like a metal toolbox!)

Agreed! Lawyers don't usually show up when their "suspects" are getting picked up by the police. It just doesn't happen unless the person being arrested is the attorney's client and he (or she) is their to either support or post immediate bail. Heather had no business being at the hospital getting information from MJ nor should she have been part of the arrest. Again, an insult to the viewers. What a shame that this soap may be cancelled due to these horrible writers who seem to be one something or just plain lazy and tired!
