Why was Heather hanging around the hospital?

Doesn't she has another cases to take care of or all her criminal cases had gone down the drain because of her dumb role? Paper works to prepare? If not doing quicky stuff w/ Adam, she's doing also the job description of the detectives.

I am a "law & order" fan & never saw the DA around the any suspects unless offering some deals or in the court house....The detectives were the one doing the tasks, interviews & report to the captain or/and DA/ADA.

I agree!! I'm HATING this storyline. I'm no lawyer and dont' know much about how the law works, but I find it hard to believe that after Heather gets a tip from MJ about Phyllis purposely giving peanut cookies to her child to get Nick's attention...that the next step is to come into the child's hospital room and pull the mother out...post a guard at the door...and take custody away. These shows could at least make a little effort to make legal and medical storylines remotely believable!!!! I get more and more disgusted with this show and the others every single day! Sometimes there might be one storyline on a show that you aren't pleased with....I'm pretty disgusted with the whole thing now. I hope they really do something with the Phillip storyline to grab the audience because it seems that so many fans are hanging in there by a thread!

Right now I am not liking Nina.She does have the right to find out if it is her son that was suppose to be buried,but all this other stuff she over stepping the line.To take what somone said that could harm them and their family is too much.She acts like she is a detective that is the only one that can solve a crime.It is awful what she has done to Phylis.Bad Nina.

I'm not really a Heather fan and not sure if it's her or the writers. Her attitude stinks and some of the stuff she does it wayyyyyyyyyy out in left field. Not even close to reality. Come on guys get it together!

Heather is at the hospital because she smells that someone is innocent. She MUST bring charges and prosecute to the fullest extent. If you're guilty she can't smell you , just ask Jack(the creater of Victor's forged diary) and Adam, torturing Ashley!

They are no DA would acted the way she does.

They need to bring back Carmen Argenziano as Head DA Dennis Elroy so he can put Heather in her place (again). Better yet, bring him back so he can fire her yet again!

Heather is indeed Mary Williams' granddaughter! Always poking her nose in where it doesn't belong and being so self-righteous. It is also ludicrous to think that someone in her position would be cavorting with a convicted felon so openly. The whole storyline stinks and I think Heather is probably the most disliked woman in GC.

We know Phyllis isn't guilty - but even if she were - that hospital scene would have never happened... Sorry, but I know of no hospital or any sane person who would go into the room of a CHILD and arrest the mother, knowing full well that the mother would react or scream or cry. I don't care if the child is unconsious or fully awake. They would have asked Phyllis to step out of the room'

The one thing that really irks me with Y&R is that NO ONE (character wise or in the writing) seems to have any respect for places such as a hospital. There is a time and place for everything - and even on a soap - they cross the lines.
