Ok, if ya'll have read Candace's spoiler's for the U.S. show for friday then ya'll know that Cane confesses the truth & PC3 comes back. We do know that through a legitimate spoiler PC3 is gay and confesses that. Candace's spoiler also says that the accident wasn't an ACCIDENT and the policeman riding in the ambulance disappeared. Here's MY theory PHILLIP CHANCELLOR didn't CHANGE his name the WITNESS PROTECTION AGENCY did when they staged the accident(remember there was a policeman riding in the ambulance). They staged his "death" because he was testifying against the mob guys that were holding his gambling markers. What better place to hide someone for years but in the AUSTRALIAN outback. When he met Cane that is why he used the name "LANGLEY" because that is the name he was given. He couldn't let ANYONE know where he was and why because they would be in danger. To me this is the ONLY WAY PC3 can be redeemed because what other reason would you have for letting your loved ones GRIEVE for you for TWENTY years and not see your mom, son, Katherine or even NINA. The government could pull the perfect fake death, EMPTY GRAVE and all. |

That's an excellent theory. It also would make PC3 and Cane be sort of good guys -- since PC3 would have sent Cane to GC to make sure his family was taken care of and to keep contact with his family through Cane. Oh, except for Nina and PC4. |

Fact is there have been more creative explanations for Cane's DNA match to Billy than the excuse he came up with. That "Street Kid Nobody" isn't washing after the cheek swab but it is what we have to accept. THis PLOT HOLE WASN'T PLUGGED TO WELL AND IS LEAKING!!!Anyway.....Cane is just another person in GC who needs intense therapy!! LOL I agree that this is a great theory, with the exception of how they are going to explain the DNA match with Billy. Since he couldn't be ruled out as DEila's dad. I wonder if they will even addres that or just sweep it under the rug and hope we forget about it. There are two ways I can think of that they might be able to address it. Granted they are a little far out there, but then so is the rest of this story line. Theroy 1) Jill actually gave birth to twin boys and was too out of it to realize ( I know I said it was far out) Phillip was one and Cane was the other. KAthrine had memoried of giving Phillip away, perhaps they child she gave away was actually Cane. Theory 2) John may have in his travels met Cane's real mother in Australia. He traveled the world for buisness in his younger years. Maybe Cane is the result of a breif affiar. At the time historically the Abbotts were not a core family, they didn't becoma a central family for a while after the Phillip/ Jill/ Kathrine triangle so it is possible. That would explain why Cane and Billy have such a simular DNA profile because they may not have the same mother but the same father. |

In the past twenty year the Feds have nailed more mob Godfathers, Capos, and other low level members through their own members ratting them out. The rats are in WP themselves and those they ratted on are in prison for the rest of their lives. Too much work to involve mobsters at this point.....and too much brain power to write it. Can you just imagine the mess Hogan's Heros would make of a mob story...LMAO

Phillip Chancellor the third and Ethan Cane Ashby and when PC3 would have testified the mob would then know his identity and what he looked like. Cane is more muscular & taller there is NO way there would be a confusion between the two.Twenty years is a long time and the witness Protection Agency would have given him the ok to now travel where he wants to because he obviously is not worried about coming home. Phillip had a gambling problem and owed money when he "left". |

This s/l has been so messed up since the get go... And the writers don't seem to care if they clean it up neatly and explain well. I would say that if they brought the mob into it somehow it would explain why Chow found his way into GC and this could also cover some of the Ji Min crap as well that never did get explained. As I recall, Cane was seen lingering outside Ji Min's door but that was never dealt with... Unfortunately, I will venture a guess that the long time viewers have spent WAAAYYYYY more hours on THINKING about how this s/l should evolve than the actual writers have. I do not foresee the writers coming up with any type of s/l that does resolve issues for the viewers, and it would seem they are just gonna throw some CRAP out there and hope it sticks. For me their CRAP quit doing anyting but hitting a huge fan, and nobody is bothering to clean it up, now there is just this foul stench coming off of my tv screen from 11-Noon... |

Daisy Jane confirmed that SNAPPER was the one who delivered PC3 so, if there were twins born he would know or remember. However, the passport that Cane carries the birthdate is December of 1975 not the same year that PC3 was born, which was originally Dec. of 1975 then changed to March of 1976 then changed again, now finally TPTB have SORA'D PC3 so he is the same age as Nina which he should be. Your other theory would work, though but we are getting spoilers that say TPTB are going to wipe the swab s/l away or no explaination so I guess we are to believe that he bribed the guy who took his swab w/the blood sample. So, maybe they will have him related to someone totally unexpected like Snapper, TGVN, or even the CHANCELLOR's but through PC3 and a prostitute(the Y&R books had PC3 visisting them when Katherine was drinking heavily & the books are based on old scrips). Who, knows but we have quite a bit MORE story to hear before this is over. |

The reason that Cane and Billy had simular DNA is that Cane was using the blood samples that Phillip had given him for all the DNA tests. |

Just wondering why you labeled your post as "spoiler talk" when you clearly state this is your theory. My point is that in my opinion, there is no "spoiler talk" about a theory and you didn't include anything else that was a spoiler. I'm not questioning your intentions and personally, I would have no reason to do so. However, in my opinion, to label your post as "spoiler talk" but never mention a spoiler is somewhat misleading or confusing at the very least. It's also my opinion that when others reply to your post and they wish to use spoiler information — that's okay as long as they can confirm that the information they are using is actually a spoiler (and this is usually done by simply naming the source). You don't have to label your post "spoiler" in order for them to do this — like I said, it's confusing and somewhat misleading when you do this. |
