Nina and David Kimble

OK, on yesterdays show Nina mentioned in a conversation with Lily about bad guy David Kimble. Are we actually supposed to believe that Lily knows who this guy is? She let on that she did but if memory serves me correctly, she wasn't even born when Kimble was in the story so many years ago. And why would Nina have any cause to bring him up to Lily in recent conversations? I'm sure he's a character she would just as soon forget. Any thoughts on this one?? |

I wondered about that also. Lily could not have known David Kimble, I don't even think her mom was around at that time. I guess the writers were really |

Neil was introduced into Y&R in January of 1991 and David kimble died in 1991, so maybe we are supposed to believe that Neil knew of the circumstances surrounding his death because it was very controversial. David Kimble was after Nina's money that was held in trust for PC4 and was out to "con" Nina out of it. Cricket & Danny tried to stop theiir marriage to no avail. Nina ended up shooting DK 5 times. He later resurfaced after threatening a plastic surgeon to "change" his face so he could return to extract revenge on Nina. Somewhere in the middle of all of this DK became involved with Nina's mother(Flo, a former prostitute). The plastic surgeon got his revenge because he was able to carve K-I-L-L-E-R onto his forehead. DK ended up hiding in a garbage dumpster where an unsuspecting garbage man dumped the contents of the dumpster and David gruesomely met his death. Maybe we are supposed to believe Lily would know this because his death was notorious and GC is a small town. People do seemed to know each other's business. |
