Can Phyllis be Shiela?

I have always had it in the back of my mind that when Shiela kidnapped Phyllis and they supposedly killed Shiela if they actually killed Phyllis. Since she came back from that episode she is so dramatic and vendictive, you kind of have to wonder..Maybe this will be the next storyline..

I don't think that Phyllis is Shelia at this point. She is not as crazy as Shelia was. Shelia was really weird even when she was trying to be normal. Everything about her was crazy. And she found every opportunity to be really evil. I think if Phyllis was Shelia, we'd know it. No one was like Shelia. She was one of a kind.
