Has she ever gotten anything right? How can someone supposedly a smart women --ADA never be on the right side of a case...at what point will she lose her job? now she is going after Phyllis?????

She is a pretty heartless character. "Everyone is guilty until proven innocent"! Why take the time to find true justice...let's just stick it to 'em and ruin their lives. Another reason the writers need to be replaced.

They've made this character look like a total idiot.

As my friend and I like to say about dumb people.... "She's so pretty!"

Heather is such a flake. The only time I've liked her is when she first got together with Adam - and that didn't last.

Her role of ADA is an embarrassment to all ADA's in this country...We can thank the writers for that...

All I can say is like Father like daughter. Here Paul is a PI and he can't even figure out that MJ is his flesh and blood sister!

has there ever been a dumb male attorney on y&r? if not I think it is interesting that Heather who theoretically is supposed to be (and can easily be) a strong female character is brought down such a weak level by the writers/producers.

I swear.... between Heather & Jill I don't know who should get the idiot award. They both are acting so far out of character. The both are so unprofessional.....

ITA it seems most of the time Heather is shadowing ppl of Genoa City just to make a case for her lack luster career. The lastest for Phyliss is so far out there.
Her character as others have pointed out could have been great with a positive spin instead of this most time half spoiled girl/woman running around trying to build cases out of little Or no evidence in her cases
