I don't think this munchousen by proxy (sp?) s/l has far to go. They can't prove Phyllis did this because there is no history of it. There has to at least be a couple of other instances of Summer getting sick or something. Phyllis should be out of jail come next Monday.

you are right, the by proxy ususally is followed by a series of events that prove munchausens and then when they antics to themselves no longer give the attention needed then it goes to the by proxy mode, but there is an exception to every rule... this info provided to me by a doctor about a sister in law, so im not just making it up.

ITA!! This is like the second time one of Jacks PSYCHO x wives have tried to put her in Jail! How many times can they recycle the same garbage? Wonder if Nick will stand by her, or use this as his escape clause to get full custody of Summer and go back to SHaron before the truth comes out! When Summer wakes up the truth (lets hope) will come out!! She will say MJ kissed her with a cookie mouth and that she talked to her in her hospital room(they do say sometimes that you can hear when you are in a coma).

I wonder if Sharon's dream is related to Summer being their new daughter. I believe Sharon is going to lose the baby. (karma; Phyllis will go to jail for a minute. MJ will be found out. I think Nick and Phyllis will be back together in the long run. Nick and Sharon are so boring together. Y&R needs new writers. If they make Summer Jacks after all this time, you know they ran out of ideals. or if they made MJ change Sharons test.
