I am a Lane fan, and I am playing a wait and see game. I love Cane, and do not believe that he is a bad guy. He came to GC with some intentions that he and Phillip III partnered about. I really don't think that he knows who he is, or who his parents are. If you have listened to the stories that he has told Lily about some of his past, he has been a very lonely man who feels unworthy of being loved. Things have happened to him that makes him have fears and a sense of insecurity. I am in for the long hall. My concern is, if Lily has the maturity to remember her wedding vows, and not let his past infringe on their future. Her father Neil is ready to shield her instead of letting her be the wife she should be to her husband. I love this couple, and want this marriage to work. My only apprehension is that Cane should have sat Lily down and told her everything, but his fear of losing her is too great. Daniel Goddard said in an interview that this s/l will have twist and turns, and surprises that no one has anticipated (I am paraphrasing). So, Lane fans hang in there, it will be okay.

I keep waiting for Lame fan to come barreling in here insisting that "Cane is still Jill's son." How can that be when we SAW HIM switch the blood samples today? If he was Jill's son, he wouldn't need to do that. He needs to do that so he can PASS HIMSELF OFF AS JILL'S SON.

I don't see what the big deal is. At the end of the day, Cane is still a DOOFUS, Lily is still a TWIT, and Lane are still LAME.

Cane may not know who his mother is LANE HATER, Does Phyllis know who her mother is, OR Chloe do she know who her father is (Both of these NUTTY women parents are probably Loose as a GOOSE, just like their daughters, of course now we know who Chloe mother is confused as her STUPID daughter, Chloe) only stating this because of the Sick remark on cane, lets get through this part of his life first then the writers will lay this on us, THANKS'

I am a Lane fan. I think Cane switch the blood because he does not know that he really is Jill's son or related to Jill in some way. I keep going back to the DNA swab for Delia. He is definitely related to Billy somehow.

I think P3 sought Cane out in particular for a reason. He had to have known about Cane before staging his death. I don't think Cane knows what is really going on. I hate it that everyone seems to forget that P3 is the one who sent Cane to deceive Jill and Catherine. This is P3's scheme, he is the real bad guy, If there is a bad guy in this scenario. We still don't know the whole truth yet.

I have like Cane but was really surprised at this story line that he may not be who he says he is. I also wonder what is going to happen to him when he confesses the truth. Whether he will leave town because everyone will be mad at him or will he stay. One thing I have noticed about Cane is not only is he very good looking but he is really built. I like the tall, slim, look and he definately has it.

CPAT, Good going, telling her to WAKE UP FRM HER DERANGED DREAM, this is just a SOAP loved it, loved it, she probably sleep walk to, and talking in her sleep " Cane, Lily, Poor thing, because if Cane is a Doofus and Lily a Twit, then what are the other actors, (good thought HUH) nice going enjoyed you.

So today we get a REAL SPOILER and learn that Cane is a street kid PC III met andfelt sorry for so he sent him to GC to his family that he deserted and they can have a son and Cane can have a family. TPTB PLUGGED THE PLOT HOLE....shame on us for wasting so much time and effort figuring how Cane could be related to Jill Billy or anyone.
