This is the dumbest story’s that I have ever seen, Sharon has gone through enough she would never lie to Nick about a baby that they both wanted, she is not that cruel to do that to anyone. This Sharon, Phyllis is getting out of control. You are loosing many viewers; Sharon will never be that bad person that you are trying to make her. Your writers should all be fried Your show is so boring if all summer you are going to keep this up we will not see your show just like we did not watch it in may, last few years we cannot stand all your shitting writing. As for Noah he also is boring with that gril, Noah is close to his mother he would not treat her bad, Sharon as always loved him you are making him stupid.

I have been watching this show for 20 years and I am thinking that I should try watching something different. I am so disappointed on the way the storyline is going? Why does she need to lie to Nick and Jack? I think it is about time for the truth to come out regarding Summer!!!!

MJ wanted Nick to be with Phyllis so she would keep away from Jack, but she forgot about Sharon. So what is she going to do now that Sharon is with Jack?

I just wanted to throw in a few comments regarding the Nick and Sharon storyline. I do believe they make a great couple. I have been following the YR for a long time. What bothers me the most is that the producers protray Sharon as some very confused and inconsistent individual when it comes to serious life issues. Yes, I know this is only a form of entertainment, but I work with some very high risk youth in a very improvished area in Toronto and many, many young mothers (age 15) think its a joke and compare their life styles to what they see on TV. I think producers need to be aware of various audiences and that they should consider some matters of life rather serious and not made to be a mockery. How does one easily deny someones unborn child? There are too many young children in our societies today having children of their own and such young mothers either not know or denying parental identity to that childs father.
I think Nick deserves to know the truth about the baby. I also believe that these important matters should reflect some sort of seriousness.
Again, I realize its just a 'show', but media, tv, etc. play a huge role and impact in many of its views life. If anyone reads this, I would appreciate some feedback.

I have to disagree with that statement for this reason: Phyllis and Nick had NO history together prior to Cassie's death - Nick, in fact, hated Phyllis, as most of GC did. So the coming together of Phick as a believable "romantic" couple was so out in left field, especially to long-time fans who know these characters from day 1 (the obvious age difference of the characters aside for a sec), LML had to do something to make them stick; enter Phyllis's WTD s/l and Summer magically being Nick's. Presto! See, I believe this sick fact is why to this day so many fans hate this pairing: both of them got rewarded for their lies, Nick's betrayal, and dirty affair. Nick got another daughter - presto! Phyllis helped devastate Sharon's family even further after the enormous tragedy she had just endured and still gets the man and has his "miracle" season. Presto, instant happy ending for Phick! Even MS said in an interview at the outset of this that as a viewer she would totally be on Sharon's side, for the very reasons I just pointed out. Most people did in fact see it that way - as any woman would, IMO, in a similar real life scenario.

Sharon and Nick's love story got interrupted by Cassie's death, it never ended, so Nick and Sharon reuniting is much more than them getting back together over an affair. There is way too much character history, and show history regarding this couple, particularly Cassie's death, that, IMO, made this couple destined to be together again. Some couples on a soap, rare as it is, are just the only real "fit". That couple for Y&R is Nikki and Victor and Sharon and Nick - despite all the bad things that have happened while apart, a huge number of fans still root for them because they have that rare "super couple" quality that most other couples just can't live up to. Sharon and Nick are like the Beau and Hope of Y&R (based on age, length of romance, family, etc.). Take a look around at all the posts on this board and every board out there expressing similar sentiments of frustration and anger based on today's show. The writers have frayed the nerves of a lot of their viewers and it may come back to haunt them.

At the end of this messy road, I know that Sharon and Nick will be together, without a doubt. Like others though, I'll just tune out from watching until then.


Well I disagree with you because Phyllis and Nick may not kiss but Phyllis was at Sharon house. And that was after they both set out to find Daniel for different reasons. Phyllis wanted to save Daniel while Nick was very angry at Daniel because he blamed him for Cassie death.
And it may seem that Daniel was guilty but the clothes was the key factor in proving that Cassie was the one who drove.
And I do believe that Phyllis was working with Nikki [Nick mother with the N.V.P.
For I could see that even though that they went such ordeal that is was just sex between them that evaluate into more than that. I mean here we are now and they worried about their daughter coming out of a coma.
For Sharon is not a good person for a bigger person who wouldn't the same pain that was brought on and that is what she did to not only Phyllis but Victoria as well. Don't forget that Brad was involved with Victoria and on his wedding day Sharon has show up that was supposed to be maid of honor and ask Brad not to married Victoria but he still went ahead and get anyway.
For if Nick and Sharon truly love each other then Nick would have divorced Phyllis and got back together with Sharon. Yeah that sucks but as at least Sharon can't said that she was responsible. She won't be the other woman.
I mean they think that they love each other but they are letting everything else stand in the way and I find Shick at fault. Because true love can hold anything.
If they truly love each other then why this back and forth and not making a decision.
