It's a soap. Stuff happens. First there was Shick, then Phick, then Shick and who knows maybe Phick again, then Shick and on and on and on. The one who is really going to be totally upset is Noah when he finds out that his parents have split again and Sharon is back with Jack. Ho hum. |

I have watched Y&R for Years I can remember when I was a little girl watching w/ my mother. I even gave up days of our lives for it. I am so sad and heart broken of whats become of this soap now Sharon is lying to nick about the baby... I am afraid this is the end of the road for me time to sign off and re-program my DVR because I will no longer need it any more to tape this soap. I will check back time to time to see if things are changing for the good and maybee watch again but for now i can't invest any more time. |

GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Need I say more! Sharon wouldn't just lie like that did they writers forget that sharon is a goody two shoes except for when she blacks out? BUHHHH! I love Nick and Sharon together, so could we move on with it please I am tired of seeing jacks face around sharon. NOT TO MENTION SHE KNEW HE WAS HEART BROKEN OVER SUMMER NOT BEING HIS I DON'T SEE HER DOING THIS TO HIM ALL OVER AGAIN! |

Very disappointing that Sharon never got a chance to tell Nick about the baby, instead she run to Jack again. Common Sharon, you have to tell Nick. Do something. Nick can be a father to Summer, regardless. He doesn't have to be Phyllis.Jack and Phyllis should hook up. Sharon and Nick, you are making Noah more confused. Last week you were telling him, you will be a family again. Please do something. Sharon deserves to be happy too with Nick.

I would love for Nick and Sharon to get back together. I also would like to see Nick mature and take over his father company and become the most powerful man in GC. It would be nice to see him become a good husband and father. |

Presto! See, I believe this sick fact is why to this day so many fans hate this pairing: both of them got rewarded for their lies, Nick's betrayal, and dirty affair. Nick got another daughter - presto! Phyllis helped devastate Sharon's family even further after the enormous tragedy she had just endured and still gets the man and has his "miracle" season. Presto, instant happy ending for Phick! Even MS said in an interview at the outset of this that as a viewer she would totally be on Sharon's side, for the very reasons I just pointed out. Most people did in fact see it that way - as any woman would, IMO, in a similar real life scenario. Sharon and Nick's love story got interrupted by Cassie's death, it never ended, so Nick and Sharon reuniting is much more than them getting back together over an affair. There is way too much character history, and show history regarding this couple, particularly Cassie's death, that, IMO, made this couple destined to be together again. Some couples on a soap, rare as it is, are just the only real "fit". That couple for Y&R is Nikki and Victor and Sharon and Nick - despite all the bad things that have happened while apart, a huge number of fans still root for them because they have that rare "super couple" quality that most other couples just can't live up to. Sharon and Nick are like the Beau and Hope of Y&R (based on age, length of romance, family, etc.). Take a look around at all the posts on this board and every board out there expressing similar sentiments of frustration and anger based on today's show. The writers have frayed the nerves of a lot of their viewers and it may come back to haunt them. At the end of this messy road, I know that Sharon and Nick will be together, without a doubt. Like others though, I'll just tune out from watching until then. Excellent post. |

Phyllis has been with 9 men including Brian Hamilton(Daniel's dad), Danny Romalotti, Peter Garrett, Dr. Tim Reid, Michael Baldwin, Malcolm Winters, Damon Porter, Jack Abbott, and Nick Newman. Now if you take out all the men who are either dead(Brad, Matt, Frank) or no longer in town(Diego,Cameron,Brian, Danny,Peter, Dr. Tim,Malcolm,and Damon) you now have EXACTLY THREE men for EACH WOMAN. Ther's more than three men in town, right? |

I have watched Y&R since the beginning and with all the crumby storylines going on right now, the only one I am pleased with is that it appears Nick and Sharon will not be sucking face and acting all "teenager like" anymore and I will not have to wear out my FF button. Those two together are so SICKENING I can't tolerate another scene with them together. We all know had they gotten together it would be only moments until she cheated or he cheated and it would start all over again - YUCK! |

I AGREE 100% ABOUT NICK AND SHARON I HAVE BEEN WATCHING Y & R FOR OVER 30 YRS TOO AND I JUST WANT SHARON AND NICK TO GET BACK TOGETHER. PLEASE DON'T HAVE THIS CHILD MESSED-UP TOO. |
