Heather is dumb. Gil is just following orders from the DA. However, take it from an ex law enforcement officer, Heather jumps the gun on everything without any facts to back it up or even enough evidence to put before a grand jury in order to get an indictment. The writers need to get a little help from those in the field they are putting heather in.

I have to say that I think the best thing that will come out of this..when Phyllis is found to be innocent is Victor taking care of Heather for the final time..do you think that maybe the GC DA might fire her and she'll live happily ever after with Adam...and Raff..

Its unfortunate that every time there is an element of the storyline that goes to someone getting arrested that the writers continue to make law enforcement bumbling idiots.


Heather is the most incompetent so called professional there is on the show. Her character is totally clueless no matter how hard she tries to come across as 'just doing her job' she acts like a total cold hearted moron.
How can the writers make her so meanspirited, ill prepared, and full of nonsense and expect viewers to like this character, much less feel any kind of fanbase for her character???

Both Paul and April were likeable characters. Heather is detestable and the storyline of attacking Phyllis was implausible. NO law enforcement professional would accuse someone on one person's word with NO medical or physical evidence to support this. Its totally ridiculous! (and LAME)

I think that this is the first time that she actually went by an anymously caller or something like that.

also Victor did have a reason to seek revenge and was out in the boat
Kevin uses a blank gun to rob a bank. He is guilty of stealing but he rather had a toy gun. There are tiny little facts that Heather miss or doesn't know about. But he was sick.
Sharon never handled in her confession Nick throw in the fire
Estella she didn't think that did it and will not leave the country. That is why she was satisfied with her posting bail.

I am trying to show that Heather never really seeked out the truth. She was right about Estella but is completely an idiot when it comes to Adam. Yes he was sent off to jail but that was before he was supposedly blind. Now she is like I wish that I can take your pain away. She thinks everyone else is guilty but Adam. And those are just circumstancial evidences.
She didn't even tried to get evidences when it came to Summer.
Caution this may be a spoiler: The person that had put Summer in coma might go after the apple of Jack eye and her baby. I mean to me that makes perfect sense and that is why Heather need to prosecute the real culprit.
