I agree Heather is the dumbest D.A. What's up with that. I don't like Phyllis that much, but she doesn't deserve to be arrested, just because of what MJ accused her of. Ms. Heather you should research more and pay attention to your sicko boyfriend. Don't you have any gut feeling that Adam is up to something?

Gil doesn't seem particularly stupid to me, but Heather takes the cake.

She listens to someone mumbling out loud, and takes the statements for gospel. She'd do anything to get a conviction.

Has she ever successfully convicted anyone on Y&R? She keeps going after Victor with no substantial evidence, now she's going after Phyllis on the say-so of someone standing in the hall of a hospital talking to herself??? How did she ever get a job?

Well Heather is stupid to even think that Phyllis had any intention of hurting Summer. I mean Heather just want someone to be in jail. She had went after Victor for two murderer Ji Min and the guy that killed Victor late wife Sabrina. For one thing she needs is all the evidences and the truth before she tried to prosecute someone.
