Im over this b.s. of story lines... Im so frustrated with Y&R now. Do you guys remember when this was the hottest soap on the planet? When Y&R was the most watched soaps for yyeeaarrss!!!! When Phillip Bell was alive this soap had everything and more, he must be turning in his grave to see where his baby is headed now!! Ok let me ask a question... If Cane isnt Jill`s son why his DNA couldnt be eliminated after Chloe baby daddy scandal? Its not like he knew it was Billy`s! And if he used that `other` DNA he shouldve known something wasnt right because if he screwed Chloe why would he use any other DNA other than his? Im over this Noah wanting to be emancipated send his ass to boarding school already! Ashley with this `hysterical` pregnancy, How long will we have to suffer before Adam gets his and now they wants him to be on the dl???? Paul dont know his sister?? Cmon I have 3 and I dont think any one of them can fool me like that and he is a P.I.??? I dont get this whole Daniel s/l, was they bored and had to throw something in? And dont get me talking about Nick/Sharon and that red haired devil!!! Now that I wrote it out im done with Y&R until they get back to the standard that we as viewers are used to and deserve!!!

Hopefully Nick and Sharon will reunite by years end or shortly thereafter. If the writers do not reunite them then Nick should just stay with Phyllis. The writers have milked the Sharon/Nick/Phyllis/Jack storyline so much it is now bonedry. As for the Cane storyline, I believe we will soon find out who he really is. And since Canes character is already established, the writers better go easy on him. And Cane and Lily need to stay together, period.

Wonderful posts guys. I wonder myself if the writers think the viewers are stupid especially the Cane/Philip s/l. I read this week that Cane will admit to Jill that he's not her son. But, I say, how in God's green earth could that be? Cane's cheek was swabbed for Delia's paternity so he obviously used his own DNA sample (at least that is what we were led to believe). And just recently (February 2009) it was revealed that Billy is Delia's dad.

Now if the writers are switching gears on us and saying that PC3 is Jill's son and not Cane. Then they want us to believe too that in Chloe's booty days, she could have possibly slept with PC3. If it is revealed that Cane is a fraud then we can only assume that Cane or possibly PC3 paid someone off at the lab to switch their DNA samples.

Chloe's lies and manipulations only worked and was successful in breaking Cane and Lily up because Cane's (or someone else's) DNA was in the matching group of Delia's dad, who is Billy Abbott. Unless Billy isn't really Delia's dad.

Either way you look at this it is confusion, confusion, confusion and imho I think the writers themselves are confused and have no idea where they are going with this.

I agree! I don't know who the writers think are watching this stuff, but they have really underestimated the intelligence of all of us. I can't believe some of the stuff I am watching!Adam putting the moves on Rafe and Phyllip Chancelor coming back from the grave? Victor, of all people, not knowing that Adam has done all of this? Sharon thanking her dead daughter in a chapel, of all places, for redeeming her adultry by making the baby Nicks? MJ poisoning a child? It just goes on and on........

The mess the writers are shoveling up is the crap that makes all the other soaps not as good as Y&R. They have made Y&R just an ordinary soap. Nothing special. Nothing new. Nothing fresh. Just a mishmosh of stuff they throw on the wall to see what sticks. Shame on you writers!

These Team of writers DO NOT THINK! Instead of
cutting people salary on the show, they need to cut the WHOLE DAMN writing team!

Please please I am so sick of Mary Jane, Phyllis and Noah. The new Adam is so boring and now trying to make out with the attorney. The show is going to the dogs. Please tell why the rich Victor did not get camera in his home and outside to see who really did all of this. Why would he not get Paul or Jt working on this. I stopped watching Days because of Sammi she on every day every minute they should change it to Sammie show. If Sharon goes back to Jack, it will be the end for me. It about time Ashley get a another ultra sound. All the writer must be on vacation because their are about to lose another viewer

ITA with all these posts. There is so much confusion with a lot of these stories and a lot of them don't make sense. The writers think that we are dumb, they are the dumb ones cause they lack any kind of creativity or sense in their writing. They have no talent whatsoever and we as posters could do a better job. I'm also thinking about not watching any more. This is an insult to our intelligence. And how low can they go with these dark story lines. With couples bedding down every day and almost every character on the show with some kind of a mental problem. How worse can this get? It doesn't have to be this way to be a good soap. I'm sure that the writers know this.

Instead of putting the actors on reoccuring status. They need to put these writers on reoccuring status. Which will hopefully lead to disappearing status.
